Enterprise Bank & Trust Griffin St, Santa Fe

We are long time customers of Enterprise Bank and recently opened a new business account there. Mrs. Rubi Herrera assisted us and we were most impressed with her professionalism and her knowledge of services offered that would match our needs. She was effecient, attentive and handled our questions without a pause. We have appreciated Enterprise's service in the past and certainly Mrs. Herrera reconfirmed the great attention the staff maintains in customer service that we have become accustomed to at Enterprise.

I am based out of CA but have been using Enterprise Bank & Trust for our NM-based film company banking needs and they have been great. I love working with Rubi Herrera, she is very professional, quick to respond, and so helpful! Best customer service ever!

It is my pleasure to write a review for the Griffin Street branch of Enterprise Bank and Trust. The space was beautiful and clean, with good parking availability. I needed help with printing and forwarding financial documents to an Enterprise branch in Albuquerque and Cassidy Cordova was great at helping me accomplish everything I requested. She was very professional and incredibly kind and patient! She printed out the documents and helped me with emailing them to the Albuquerque branch. Talk about a full service banking experience! This one went above and beyond!! Thank you so much Cassidy!

At my recent visit to this branch of Enterprise Bank I was served by a most helpful young teller, Francisco Valdez. He anticipated my needs for specific documentation and offered it even before it was requested. I had a second request which required a bit more time than a simple deposit and he was most gracious about accommodating my need.

On two occasions over the last ten days, I simply couldn't get anyone on the phone. The first time, it was about a lost wallet and the need to protect my funds and identity; that time, after waiting an interminable time on hold, I drove over to the bank and dealt with the situation directly. The second time, I was quarantined with COVID, unable to leave the house, and was filling out a credit card application on line that required a name and phone number at my bank. I dialed two numbers on two phones for Enterprise, the local and a national number, and was on hold so long that my application expired on the credit card website, requiring reentry of all that information. I tried email: crickets. I didn't leave a number to be called back, as the last time I tried that I received a return call four days or more later. On this latest occasion, my husband went by the bank, explained the problem, and texted me the business card of Suleikha Enriquez -- so simple! There's a simple solution to this, people: everyone in the bank signs up for a one-hour shift when their job is to answer the phone, period. Not onerous, and your customers would have the impression you actually care about service.

I recently was in the Griffin street branch to withdraw a fairly large amount of cash., more than the teller had in his drawer. Luckily I was waited on a young man who was very friendly and efficient. His name is Francisco Valdez. Because of his efficiency I was in and out of three in no time. Because of his personality it was a very pleasant experience. Enterprise is lucky of have him as an employee.

This is a great bank, with exceptional customer services. Rubi Herrera helped my family and I with all our needs with incredible customer service that made the process simple. Rubi was very professional and even more than that, you could tell she really cared.

EBT is our bank of choice in Santa Fe. We have had great experiences with all sorts of bank accounts and loans processed by them. Shout out to Trish, Sherynee and Rubi. Great customer service and assistance to make sure everything is properly set up. Regional presence with a local feel. Five stars!

I miss LANB, whom I was originally banking with before they merged with Enterprise Bank. They were local, and I didn't mind the drawbacks that come with local banks (no 24 hour assistance, limited services) because I was supporting a local business and the customer service was excellent. Now, I have the drawbacks of a "local" branch but none of the positives. I stopped by the branch to inquire about setting up my account for online access. "You have to do it online, I can't help you". Okay, not helpful, but whatever. I go online, and the online system is extremely outdated. I got locked out of my account because I was trying to set up an online account to set up automated bill pay, and the automated call wouldn't recognize the numbers on my keypad. There is no text or verbal option. How archaic. It's 2022. How do they accommodate deaf, blind, or disabled users? Apparently, they don't. Worse, their is no call line for after hours help. So I'm just locked out of my account until the morning. What a nightmare. Thank goodness I have other bank accounts at other institutions. Both which have 24 hour service, by the way. Makes me wonder if this account is even worth keeping, honestly.

I am very busy small business owner, I always appreciate working with Sherynee Johnson, Financial Services Representative, at the Griffin branch, Santa Fe, NM, she is always attentive, detail oriented, and of course customer is a top priority for her, Sherynee has been more than helpful to me on numerous occasions even going above and beyond to help me get my banking business properly sorted and organized.
