Enterprise Bank of South Carolina Cottageville Hwy, Cottageville

They contribute to the criminal enterprise of “Red & White Grocery” on Rivers Ave. My paycheck was stolen, cashed in their bank, and they told me to get lost. Please stay away from this bank at all costs…I’m shocked that they are even a bank since they have zero fraud protection in place.

Every single employee here are amazing. Would give 10 stars if possible. They have a customer service second to none.

I always prefer to use local businesses whenever possible and I have been doing business with them since relocating here 4 years ago. I’ve been very pleased with the service.

My nephew went there to cash his payroll check there. He normally go to the one in Walterboro but he knew he would not make it there in time before it close so he decided to stop to the one in Cottageville. He had his ID and proof that he owned his owned his own business(which is a trucking company)but they refused to cash is check saying it was not him. I had my own reason why they would not cash his check but I will not go there. They would not even call the other bank in Walterboro due that they knew my nephew. I am so upset with how unprofessional the handle my nephew. I worked in a bank before and we NEVER treated a customer that was even if they didn't have an accost with the bank. I will be contact a manger over both bank to look further into this.
