Miss Raunda is a very sincere manager. She makes you feel your account status matters to her. If she sees there is a problem she contacts you and gives you different resolution to the problem. She is always willing to take your call and discuss any problems you have with your account.

I came in to inquire about a loan and Chauraunda was very knowledgeable and explained the process to me even though I didn’t get the loan. It’s nice to go into a business like that and have someone so compassionate. If I do consider getting the loan again, I’ll definitely go back into that store.
