I have been a banking customer with Enterprise Bank for several years and have always found their team approach to be unique and highly productive. I I have had other banking experiences with minimal or no contact and quite truthfully wouldn't know who to call if a problem arose. Our periodic contacts have been purposeful especially in regard to stimulus issues or benefits that may assist my financial situation since there aware of my possible needs. Even though personnel changes have occurred over the years, the conversion to a new contact has been done without service interruption. Highly recommend that you have this experience.
