Citizens Bank Supermarket Branch Butler Plank Rd, Glenshaw

This branch by far is the best.I stop there several times per week. The staff are Very helpful and knowledgeable. Sometimes other customers are very rude especially when they are at fault for messing up their own accounts and take it out on the staff. If someone starts a conversation as a pompous buffoon, don't expect honey back! Excellent bank!!

Mr. Chris Sauer is an outstanding staff member at this branch! His customer service is very professional and cordial. Thank you Chris for your excellent service. Kudos to the branch manager as it reflexes the good management at this branch for retaining a good staff like Chris. A happy customer.

Worst bank I've ever had will never suggest this bank to anyone

This is the worst citizens bank branch I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to lots of branches,, citizens has had my main account for 20 years.) We’ve had 2 bad experiences here now, and the overall theme essentially is that they don’t want to help you and are bothered your asking. My wife went down because we had issue with a deposit at the Mt Royal branch, and the girl that helped us was a smart a*! And was basically just saying anything she could to get us to leave so she didn’t have to help us. After several times insisting she finally did what she didn’t want to do and called into support to file the required report to rectify our situation. Go to a different branch, there are plenty of good branches with nice and helpful employees, this branch clearly has a toxic culture

Employees are very rude and not helpful. I will never go this citizens bank ever again.
