Ent Credit Union E I-25 Frontage Rd, Firestone

Ent is great. Wonderful credit union, can't recommend them enough, and they keep adding more sites. If you live in Colorado you can't do wrong by banking here, and if they aren't in your area, they will be soon

I had my card stolen & destroyed by the ATM because the keyboard didn't work. When I went inside to let them know it was broken, I was told that several other people had lost them the same way. I would still have my old card if these people could be bothered to put up a simple "OUT OF ORDER" sign on the damned machine when they knew it was broken!

I drove to the ENT Credit Union in Firestone to make a simple car payment. The associate who tried to help clearly wasn't trained to be helping customers. The associate was clearly confused and unable to help. I don't blame the associate I blame Management for putting the employee out on their own. The amazing part is that none of the other employees offered to help. After ten minutes I walked out. I drove to the new ENT Credit Union in Broomfield. I walked in and the car payment transaction was handled in minutes. I would give the Broomfield ENT 5 Stars. The ENT in Firestone 1 Star for poor customer service.

I am so grateful to the staff at the Firestone Ent Service Center. They went out of their way to help me with a wire transfer and to make the funds available as quickly as possible. I don't think it's possible to get better customer service than I received. I've had an account with Ent since 1983. Even though I don't live in Colorado Springs any more, I have never had a reason to seek another place to do my primary banking services. Thank you for your professionalism and superior customer service!!

Ent is the worst bank I've ever had. I cannot wait to close this account. I was just charged $90 for pressing the wrong key on an ATM. I called the bank about it and they are acting like it's my fault this happen. Last week I had hundreds of dollars magically transferred into someone else's account. The only way to transfer is from my phone. Will never recommend them to anyone in fact run while you still can. Over the past year they have charged me thousands of dollars in hidden fees and whatnot. Just run while you still can.

I am experiencing an absolute nightmare with ENT. We received paperwork about our car loan that looked like spam, but we called just to make sure. Ent customer service told us they weren’t sure and gave us general 1-800 numbers, which led nowhere. They regularly give wrong information, conflicting information, and wait times are incredibly long. I’m literally on hold right now trying to ask the same questions they blew me off about last month. I hate this bank, I cannot say enough how awful they are. Run!

Employees at this location repeatedly misinform customers about privacy policies and fraud protection. ENT needs to train employees better.

What kind of bank won't send you a paper or email bill for your car loan? This is not my bank, so I do not want to sign up for their online banking. No one tried to offer me any other solution. Lost my business today. Do not get a loan from this company if you like to have a bill.

We started going here because we had so many problems depositing checks at Elevations. Well now we are having problems here also. They changed to a new system and you have to go inside to deposit a check for another branch. I do hate to knock this branch for this because really it is elevations that is causing us to have to go here, but really, why does it have to be so difficult to give our money to these banks these days. I do like that everyone inside is helpful and friendly.
