Ent Credit Union W 121st Ave, Broomfield

I have lived in many states and have had many bank accounts throughout my life. I can honestly say there is no bank that I know of like Ent Credit Union. They hire the nicest, friendliest people. They train well because their employees are efficient and very knowledgeable. Alex, the branch manager at this particular location, is fantastic. I recently had an issue and needed information right away for my taxes. He went above and beyond and I had what I needed in less than an hour. He even called me to let me know the info was ready earlier than planned. No one else was able to help me which totally frustrated me. Ent truly cares about people,.

Stopped at this location to pay off our car loan. The teller, Zake was very welcoming and friendly. He was excited and congratulated us for paying it off, making the experience a little more exciting than a normal bank trip. Odd that there is no ATM but then again this branch is small

Best credit union on the front range. They truly treat you as a co-owner so much so that at the end of the year they reward you just for having your money there. Their online banking is so good, I have barely been into an actual branch. Would highly recommend using ENT over any of the other credit unions and especially banks.

I was so excited to see a branch by my home finally opening! Then I realized there was no ATM on location anywhere and I still had to drive across town because it was after hours. Went into the branch once had a question regarding a promotion they were having. I was told the teller had to check with her manager, then the manager has to check with someone else. The teller said she would call me with the answer and even made sure the phone number on my account was correct. It has been a fully month and I still never heard back from her. Needless to say, I will return to banking far away at the Brighton branch until I am able to close my account completely.

Man who I'm assuming is the manager was extremely overbearing when I walked in the door. He wanted to know all the details of my transaction before I even got up to the teller, made me go sit in the lobby instead of just standing in line.The teller who helped me was sweet but ended up having to cancel my transaction and start over due to the mistakes she made. I know this is a new location but the training probably needed to be better prior to opening. I will choose the Firestone location for all my banking needs in the future

I walked in when I moved to CO years ago and Xavier helped me set up my account. He's been responding to my dumb questions by email ever since. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks!!
