This team, particularly Ann Mummert, goes above and beyond or their members unlike anything I've ever experienced. I've been banking here for nearly ten years and I couldn't imagine taking my business elsewhere. If I could give them ten out of five stars I would.

Thank God this isn't just another bank. Shout out to Anne, the best loan officer on the planet. Thanks to the whole crew for doing what you do. She was very informative and helped me strategize when building my new accounts, she helped me understand credit more AND she was a joy to speak with. Very patient and helpful. We have been with them for many years and gotten good rates on cars and other loans. Seems like since Corona though, there are always long lines and the hold on the phone definitely is a problem since the banks don't take calls they all routed to one central place.. just needed an appt.

Mr Jorge Tellez was a wonderful help! There was a long line at the counter, but he was willing to stop what he was doing and personally help me open a savings account!! His decison to immediately help me was PRICELESS -- I'm very grateful he took 25min out of his day to help my day stay productive. Thank u again, Jorge!!!

Worked with Julie to get a car loan. She was genuinely very friendly and helpful. When a small issue arose with the car dealership, she called and got it worked out. I got a good deal on financing, especially in comparison to the dealership. Best of all, I was in and out in 30 minutes.

I have banked with Elevations for many years now, after I got fed up with Wells Fargo, and they have been so fantastic that I maintain my primary accounts there despite having moved away from Colorado. Their late fees are reasonable if you forget a deadline or accidentally overdraft, their credit card are rates much better than most, they don't take a cut of international conversion fees so when I lived abroad for 2 years I only paid the 1% Visa conversion fee, they are generally pretty vigilant about noticing unusual card activity and checking with me, and their customer service is always great. I opened a secondary account at a local credit union, which is fine and certainly better than a bank, but Elevations is really a cut above as financial institutions go. My only frustration is that I haven't been able to get my chip and pin debit card to run as a pin card in Europe, so I constantly have to sign receipts when I travel, but this may be a general American chip and pin card problem. Edit: no, it's my chip and pin debit card that requires a signature with cashier terminals. It sometimes works in unstaffed machines for small transactions that don't require a pin or signature, but not in all of them. But I should probably phone about this!

Came in to open up a Buff One Banking checking account for my brother. We came in excited to be one step closer to starting his new journey at CU. We should have known there was going to be an issue when they didn't know how to spell Jesus. After waiting we were greeted by Anne. She not only was rude but I'm sure she was put off by our young age. She questioned why i was even there with my brother( i work at bank myself), she questioned my brother on whether or not he was actually going to be student at CU. I've worked in a bank for over 2 years and I have several bank accounts at different institutions and i have never been treated the way i was treated today and i have never treated someone that way at my job. Now we weren't able to open the account due to some "header issue with his acceptance letter" which i understand. But what really left a bitter taste in my mouth was the customer service i received before even opening up the account. I don't know if she was just having a rough day but the treatment we received felt either racially motivated if not ageist against us. She was very rude to me when i had questions about the account and she was very short with my brother. If this credit Union is suppose to follow the ECOA then tell me why i felt so discriminated? I know there are regulation this Credit Union has to follow in partnership with CU Boulder but this didn't feel like those were followed. I just wanted to let this institution know how we felt going in here, that way NO ONE else feels that same way we did and that there is a change we can see in the future.
