Advance America Grant St, Thornton

I recently was interested in getting a loan and came across Advance America. I had a few questions I needed to clear up so I called them and spoke with Connie. Connie was extremely friendly and confident over the phone that it convinced me to go in person and apply. I’m glad I did because the total staff exceeded my expectations. Mr. Mack was the gentleman who processed my application and he was extremely professional, quick, efficient and knowledgeable. During the process Mr. Mack also was training a new hire. The New hire also was friendly and chimed in on conversation and seemed no stranger to providing great customer service. Although Mr. Mack processed my application, Connie was also present and was just as welcoming in person as she was over the phone. I most definitely 10/10 recommend anyone interested to go specifically to this location. They answered any of my questions and encouraged more if I had any.

This was My first time coming in! It was a quick and easy experience Thanks to Morgan! She was awesome ! She was still in training but managed to walk me through everything step by step no problem! Good Job Morgan! Keep it up! I forgot her trainees name…but she trained her well! Very welcoming environment!

The manager and assistant manager are some of the nicest ladies. I’ve come back for a loan about 3 times, and they are amazing! If you’re great for the money, definitely come see about a loan, every loan amount can go up! Just gotta build a good history with them. I highly recommend!

Connie and her team have been super helpful. Anytime I have a question, they’re able to answer over the phone. I’ve deal with other pay day loan businesses in the past and the customer service I get from this location is outstanding! Because of that, It makes me continue to bring my business to this location. Big thanks to Connie and her team for making the process easy, simple and most importantly, understandable of the amount borrowed and the payments that fit my needs.

Roxanne is amazing kind and respectful. She has a great personality and was very nice. I live in Greeley but will drive the extra mile to visit this location because she is awesome thanks 👍👏

The girls there were nice and helpful. But this is more directed to corporate. I was in there office at iunch time on June 3rd. Here it is June 6th,past 6pm and still no deposit. This horrible service and this for an emergency and now I am screwed. I was told by end of business day the 3rd. Then corporate lied and said it would be deposit by 6pm today. Never again. So frustrating.

Connie was extremely friendly and relateable. She made the experience quick and easy. You can tell she new what she was doing and had no problems helping with my second loan through them. Would highly recommend this location!! She was able to view all of the needed documents for my loan. THANK YOU Connie!

I called in and spoke to Roxanne about the requirements for a loan. She was very helpful and friendly over the phone. I went into the branch and received the highest level of professionalism from her. The process was very quick and the funds were deposited directly into my account. I never even had to stop by the bank which is a plus in my books highly recommend this location for the level of customer service.

I’ve been coming here for quite some time now and I just would like to say that it’s been a good experience and Connie has been just an amazing person with multitasking and helping out in any manner she can. She is very knowledgeable and gives great advice! Its nice to have these types of people in our world now days with all that’s going on. This is what we need more of! Thanks Connie for being you😊
