Employees are always very helpful and this branch is well staffed for the level of traffic. Rarely have to wait for more than 1 other person. Appreciate the drive up atm

Customer service is rude lady Kim doesn't know how to talk to customers. Also agents can't view online account information like payments. So two payments can come out and agents tell you nothing is scheduled for a payment. Bad company can't even communicate the agent's with online banking and in the phone banking
