My conversation with Mr. Whisenhunt provided me with the details concerning Interest Rates, what my new house payment would be, and what the next step was to get the Re- finance process started. The Loan papers were filled out and submitted, the appraisal was done, and everything moved smoothly along. Since I live in Texas and Encore Bank is in Arkansas, we used a local Title Company where I live. Everything at closing was exactly as he had told me, including my new lower mortgage payment.
