This was one of the smoothest mortgage loan processes that I have ever gone through. My loan officer was Jun Kim, with Bank of Little Rock and he was amazing. He kept me up to speed and helped me with the processes and made sure that we were getting the correct information, both coming and going. He helped me get a good solid rate and the 30 year fixed terms that I wanted. He even brought his manager in to review everything with me, so that I was comfortable with the processes and the Loan Disclosures. We discussed options and the cost associated with each. Very transparent and no surprises.

Well to sum it all up...watch out for the next Prime Video series...The Greatest American Loan Officer! Janel had my back from day one, all the way to the finish line. She can talk the talk AND walk the walk. She really has a passion for taking care of her clients and making sure that they get the best possible service. I have to admit that I had my doubts about doing a long-distance refi, but Janel put all of my doubts to rest. She was patient and understanding when I told her I had to do some fact checking before proceeding. But she was there, ready to continue without skipping a beat. I had a great experience with Eli Mason of Bank of Little Rock Mortgage. Eli helped me to refinance my home with lower rates and to take out cash. He put in an incredible amount of time, often after normal office hours, to ensure that I understood everything that was happening and to make the process as transparent as possible. I found Eli very trustworthy and friendly, and would work with him again or recommend him to others. For a variety of reasons, in my case the cash-out process probably complicated things a great deal than if I had done a simple refinance, and it stretched out over two months. That was because the underwriters requested so many document and exercised such a close degree of scrutiny, and wasn't Eli's doing. I wouldn't anticipate such a process for most other borrowers. When I first started to look for a lender to refinance my home I was of course bombarded by agents calling me with their sales pitch. What stuck me about Jun was he just texted me asking when would be a good time to call. This really impressed me as someone who was not slamming me with phone calls. I’m glad I went with Jun he was there for me the whole way answering questions guiding me through the Labyrinth of paperwork. He always picked up the phone or returned my calls very quickly. Bob was amazing! I called him early in December after I lost faith in the lender that I had been working with. I had already placed an offer on a home and had a closing date set for December 30. Bob was no non-sense. I barely communicated with him but he was always working behind the scenes. I thought there was no way I would be able to close in just a little over three weeks but he made it happen. He also gave me the lowest interest rate I found and saved me a good amount on closing.
