I had a auto loan with them. My car was total March 11, 2021. A payment was due on March 20, I was told that my loan will be paid off. The customer rep told me I have Gap and I don't have to make a payment. I,d explained to the rep I don't need a late payment because I am closing on my home. Guess what a late payment and it took down my credit score by 32 points. They are sending me through hell. I went through so much with this company throughout my loan. Never again. Please don't use them. The customer service is very poor and the managers don't return calls. If I can give them a zero. They will get it. They are located in Plano TX.

Do they have a working phone number? Allowed someone to sign a car in my name and now I can’t get in touch with them.

There is a reason this place has such terrible reviews. DO NOT*** get a loan through them. They will over charge you and if something comes up and you are one day late they threaten to take your car. I have never had such a bad experience with a lending company as I have them.

Erick and everyone over there are great people we use encore on a lot of our car deals and they really have given people who normally would not have the chance to get financed a second chance. Thanks Encore for everything you do.

WORST BANK EVER DEALS WITH SCAM DEALERSHIPS IN FLORIDA!!

This is the most unprofessional, inefficient, and unresponsive company I’ve ever been associated with. I am a co-signer for a car within this company. My sister had to use this company because she didn’t have many other options, but they take advantage of people who need a chance. They have extra (monthly) charges that they can’t and won’t explain. On several occasions I’ve called to speak to a manager to see if they could help me understand charges and policies, and never have I ever been called back. Shame on all the supervisors and CEOS of this raggedy, janky, and piss-poor company. You should not be able to treat people like that and still have a one. Unfortunately, I’m in a contract. Although writing this review doesn’t change my contract, I will continue to write one every time I’m promised a phone call back and don’t receive. Just do your job.

This company will tell you that a certain amount needs to be paid to bring your account current. When you satisfy the payment asked, they will still tell you that you are a month behind on payments. I have records in my email that stated once i satisfied the payments my account would be current but customer service tries to talk to you like you're a child and don't understand what is happening. They are rude. I have receipts from payments and when I tried to call back to speak with a manager, the lady Julianna tells me that she couldn't find anyone. I asked how I could get out of this note..then that's when they seemed to have wanted to work out a deal. Horrible company.

If your late and they give you a date to pay by, even after setting up the payment for that day they will take your car. They lied right to me about the date I could pay until and I have it in writing. They took my car the night before the payment was scheduled. Be cautious.

They have horrible customer service and they say they would call you back but they never do, avoid this company if you can
