Emprise Bank N Woodlawn St, Wichita

I've banked at this location for years. I've be able to meet many of the tellers. They're all polite and professional. I enjoy using Emprise as my primary checking bank.

Anyone who rated this bank because of what you see on tv is retarded. Yes. Y'all some retards. I've been to this bank, I frequent this bank, I love this bank. Tyler and the crew here know me by name and have used my first name every time I step into their bank. They notify me when and if something looks wrong, and they accommodate my mistakes. I look like I may very well rob the place and sometimes I go in there in my pajamas. These people treat me like a friend visiting their home, and anyone saying otherwise because of a news article is kinda sad. I support this branch, and I love this particular location. Y'all trippin.

These people profiled a family and couldn't even do the simple task of verifying a check. They can do simple things banks should be able to do.

This bank racially profile customers. According to Police statement, one of their employees said in 911 call that a customer check was altered, forged and missing watermarks. Turned out to be a lie. This caused the Police to wrongfully arrest and detain the entire family including the wife and a 15 yrs old daughter who were not even and the Bank. Each member of the family was detained in a separate cell for 3 hrs until finally the check was proven to be authentic. So if you need to do business there, make sure you always have a lawyer with you, you never know!

Michael at the Woodlawn/21st branch is management material. His customer service skills are awesome and he’s a pleasure to work with.

We have been very impressed with the customer service we have received at this branch. We experienced terrible service with another bank, and because of the excellent service and options with Emprise, have switched all of our banking here!
