Jason is the best! He was patient, transparent, informative, kind, and efficient. After my initial meeting with him, I knew so much more about the vehicle my husband and I were hoping to purchase. He answered all of my questions clearly and provided further clarification so that we could make the best decision for our family. With new ownership has come the loss of complimentary oil changes and inspections. And, paying with other than cash or debit will require an additional 3% charge. Add to that the ongoing inability to secure a loaner car during repairs, and I cannot think why I should continue my patronage when I purchase a new car. Not the way to gain satisfied customers!

So… having escaped from a dealership in Brooklyn that wanted to robbed me blind , I decided to come to GMC Empire long island city where I met salesman Moni. This man fights for the customers to have what they desire base on their pockets. Most salesman want to ripped you off with hidden fees and finance tricks , but Moni is different he places himself in your position trying to get the best deals and a vehicle which will last you long with no headaches. Moni got me a GMC Terrain SLT AWD 2018 with 9 thousands miles lol . Vehicle is clean as hell Lmaoo . I have spent a couple hours with him on that day completing paperwork and finances he’s a man you want around to guide if you don’t know much about car and finance tricks . If you don’t agree with something you see on your paperwork he takes right to management and tell them fix it or I will lose the sale and management listen to him lol . Guys I have financing multiple foreign cars In my life but I’m always putting up a fight with sale people but Moni takes sale as a prayer service with requires respect, and humble! So I’m not familiar with American cars as said before so I went back to Moni after purchasing the vehicle. He sent me to the service Dept for more details where I met another humble man named Marlin omg this dude offered to explain everything and electronics systems in the car which I didn’t understand. He saw things I set up the wrong and he volunteered to fix them the right way . This Place is not for buying your vehicle.They keep you as long as they can and give you all wrong informations and at the end they show different car and increase the price more than 25000 than that we have got the information and price at the desk.They change right the way.It is really bad and please do not trust this Empire Buick MGC.I had bad behavior from those guys. I field up all form and they said come to pickup car but they ask me to pay extra money like 35000 cash down. Normally I have deal for 15000 cash down payment but they ask me 35000 so this is really bad for us so I just was very bad feeling with those guy so I hope my $1000 deposit money will send me back to my account soon

Just leased yesterday a brand new 2021 Yukon SLT. What a great experience! All the sales people there were great! Val was great in showing my wife all the features in the truck! When our lease is up I definitely would go back there to lease another vehicle from them if that's the road my wife wants to go down again! We went to The City Buick GMC to get an Encore GX and had a good experience. The employees did not try to trick you to buy anything you do not want like the other dealer places. After a bad experience at a nearby dealer, I was hesitant and reserved when I came into City Buick GMC to test drive an Acadia. My reticence was unwarranted – Jason Taveras was was a true professional, not pushy at all, and focused on building a rapport and learning about me and what I was looking for without pressuring me. After that, the entire process was a breeze. They didn't have the exact car I was looking for but Jason left no stone unturned in finding it. They even found one with a better package than I was looking for but only charged me for what I asked for. The entire process was smooth, easy to navigate, and Jason was great to work with. Great fast service, salesman was a straight shooter told him what I wanted and what I could afford, and he made it happened. I told him I want to be driving out of the showroom within 2 hours in my wife’s new car. He made it happen. Basically all employees I dealt with were great. 38 months ago I had the same experience, and as I walked out the door I told the sales manager I will see him in 35 months. Also the dealership was spotless.

My sales person Tatiana gave me over to Karen? a lovely lady (old age is making me forget names). It was a cold day and they had no test cars immediately available for me and I was kept waiting for a half hour between waiting for a build up price for a Buick Encore and an additional wait for a car to test in the cold! I drove the car and it has a sporty ride feeling every damn pothole and street variation it could. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes in the cold for a Buick envision. Another sporty ride! They may be good on gas but not for my bladder! The saleswoman was great but when her manager asked to speak with me and was on the phone..;. i was not going to sit another minute in the office to get high pressure to buy a car that I wouldn't like.... The manager was very lucky that day not to pressure me. She wouldn't have liked it!

I bought a vehicle from John Randazzo the general Sales manager in March of 2021 and it was the best experience I've had buying a car and believe me I have bought plenty. I live in Massapequa Long Island and drove to Long Island city for the great experience. The dealers on. Long Island play games and some won't sell you a car unless you finance with them what a Joke when I meet John he was very professional and said we don't play games were here to sell you cars. Everyone I Dealt with was great I financed with my credit union and Ken in finance was very helpful and went above and beyond to get my paper work right and great bunch of people that work there. would highly recommend this dealership to everyone I know

This is my first experience at the service center and it was great, Kathy was professional and empathic (my car was broken into and damaged). I am very happy with the used car I bought here, and had a good experience with Dan Keys, who worked with me on the sale. He was calm and friendly, answering all of my (many!) questions and explaining things. Not the prettiest dealership, but the overall sales experience was overwhelmingly positive. The initial ballpark quotes that the sales team gave us were quite fair, and after trying to negotiate a bit further, it was clear that the sales team at this dealership understood their products and figures very well. Compared to the other dealers that I visited, this dealer was the only one to accurately and fairly calculate the incentives that should have been passed along with the vehicle. They really worked hard to get me the vehicle on short notice. Dan Cunningham was extremely pleasant to work with and had the utmost patience in the entire process, which ended up taking up more time than originally expected. Highly recommended.

I purchased a 2016 Acadia from Latisha and John and was very impressed and happy with the service that I received. That was back in February and most recently, my wife and I returned 3 days ago to purchase another vehicle. Once again, through the hard work and patience of Latisha and John, they were able to help my wife buy the car she wanted. I just leased a 2018 GMC Terrain and overall, this is my 4th lease from City Cadillac. Santino truly knows how to take care of his customers unlike anyone I've ever met in the car business. I received a pull ahead flyer from GM and decided to give Santino a call. I told him exactly what I wanted and he said he'd get back to me the next day with what they had available that matched my wishlist. He called me the following day just as he said he would, and even sent me pictures of the car(I've previously test drove it after stopping in the dealership while getting an oil change on my Acadia). Santino gave me a breakdown of all of the finances(rebates, lease price, Costco rewards) and sent everything via e-mail. I was able to print everything out, sign it, scan it on my phone and send it back to him. The whole deal was done without me even stepping into the dealership. Once the deal was complete, Santino even delivered the car to my house and even returned my old lease. The amount of effort and care that Santino puts into making his clients happy is truly remarkable. He's truly a one of a kind guy that makes you feel like you're family

I had the pleasure to be introduced to Jesus Sosa who helped us with locating and the purchase of a Buick Enclave Avenir in the color combination and features we wanted. Jesus was soft spoken, took his time, and answered all of our questions in a polite, professional, and courteous manner. He gave us his cell phone number and we texted back and forth, called each other numerous times and he was always quick to answer or respond. All of the all the other team members from the general manager to the details guys that installed the floor mats, were also very polite, professional, and courteous. This is our second new GM vehicle and the first that we have purchased from City Buick, we will be back again.

Excellent dealership! To be honest, my expectations weren’t that high because the surrounding dealerships in the area left me with a poor taste in my mouth. I was pleasantly surprised by the welcome we received right through the door. They didn’t press us. There was a polite greeting but no aggressive sales assault. I told them we just wanted to look around a bit and they allowed us to do just that. When I did have a question they were genuine in their response. I talked at length about our needs and they listened. At no point did I feel this was a “get them to sign, sign, sign....now, now, now” approach. Their knowledge about the vehicles was impressive as were their handle on lease and financing options. When I explained I wanted to comparison shop the competition a little further they did not protest and I could sense there was a confidence present in the level of their offerings as well as the integrity that they wanted to sell the right car to the right person. I can’t understate the importance of that alone, Allison Doyle is undoubtedly doing an excellent job as General Manager. It were these intangibles that likely made the difference because of the peace of mind I had felt knowing that if I had to return to the dealership throughout the course of my lease I’d be in good hands. I feel very fortunate to have found City Cadillac GMC and I’m grateful for the work that our Salesperson Karen Herrera put in to make sure everything went smoothly and we were completely satisfied.

I have had some misunderstandings when I purchased my car and wrote an email to a sales manager at City Cadillac . That person has gotten back to me by phone to explain all my questions that I misunderstood. Which I was very happy about. Didn’t feel any pressure to sign on and we negotiated on a price and closed the deal! Very smooth, relaxed experience (purchasing a vehicle can be stressful lengthly negotiation) VERY VERY HAPPY WITH THE EXPERIENCE and Grateful for the helpful staff. Juan C. was one that helped us lock in this deal. If your looking for a vehicle see him. Total time in dealership was about 45min, we picked up the vehicle next day. Definitely coming back for my next car purchase.

My service rep is knowledgeable in all areas. He always checks to see if your warranty will cover your vehicle issues. He keeps you updated during your visit. My only issue is repairs(mechanics take too long.) You should not have to wait 8 hrs. for your vehicle.

Where is my car? I placed a factory order in January 2021 for 2021 GMC Sierra with 6.2L EcoTec3 V8 engine. Was told it could take up to 4 months due to COVID-19. No problem, understandable. Gave deposit and left, only to realize that they gave me zero paperwork regarding the order and no follow up email. After numerous calls and messages, I managed to get in touch with our salesmen Juan C. maybe twice, just to be told both times that he will email paperwork in 5 min. He never did. Finally got it from Allison Doyle, general sales manager on March 30th, 2021. Estimated car arrival time has come and went, and again there was no answer from them on emails or phone calls regarding the status of a vehicle. Finally, we got notified that the final production date will be May 31 and the car will be arriving 3rd or 4th week of June. We were ready to pick up but got no confirmation from them. Following few days of silence and unanswered emails, they confirmed on June 26th that the car is ready for pick up and Juan emailed images of the car. To my amazement it was a car with 5.3L engine, different wheels and bunch of accessories missing. Asked him to call me to discuss, but no luck. My wife and I drove to the dealership and Juan immediately went to talk to Allison when he saw us. He came back like it is all good, took a key and actually asked us to follow him to the car. When we refused and asked about the changes to the car, he told us the factory notified them in May that production would not continue if they didn't agree to downgrade the car. Unbelievable, but if it is true, and considering that we are talking about $60,000 purchase, why not tell us in May that the GMC decided to alter our order? And the price for a downgraded vehicle? Just few hundred dollars less. Allison was sitting few steps from us, staring at her computer and didn't even have a decency to come and say a word. We took our deposit and left without a car after waiting for 6 months.

I have been going to City Cadillac for the past 6 years and have always had a great experience. I recently went to City Cadillac to return my lease and lease a new car. Juan helped us, and was very friendly and thorough. We were in between 2 different pick up trucks and styles and he went through all the features. We are happy with our new GMC Canyon and the service we received. The only setback was wait time, however, being that they had only reopened for 1 week it was understandable.`

Our experience at this dealership was great. We were able to find the vehicle we wanted and the agent (RANA) who helped us gave us a good deal. We also got our registration expedited which was of great benefit to me. They answered all our questions and let us ride the car to see if it was to our liking. My experience here was amazing! I got a great vibe as soon as I walked in and was greeted by the manager who was very friendly and welcoming. He matched us to Helena who I highly recommend. She was very knowledgeable about the Acadia and worked hard to find the color I requested. I never felt pressured by anyone which was important to me. I made an appointment to get my cadillac checked because it was making a squeaking noise every time I braked. I was on a road trip so I had no other car to drive around in other than my vehicle that needed servicing. When I had called this Cadillac, the representative over the phone informed me that it would be done in a couple of hours within the same day. I made it abundantly clear that I had no other vehicle so I would wait and she offered a morning appointment. I drove an hour to get there and before even diagnosing it, they inform me that I would have to leave it there and they were not sure when they would take care of it. She suggested I take an uber or train while leaving the car but that made absolutely no sense considering I’m on vacation and I need a car to get around places. Their customer service was horrible and conveying of information was inconsistent. They basically wasted my whole morning with the run around because they couldn’t tell me the situation over the phone.

Our team, when taking calls, as I am sure you can understand, are unable to diagnose what is causing squeaks, rattles, and noises you stated during your call and give a comprehensive, intelligent estimate of the time need to complete a repair. Our Certified Cadillac technicians need to actually see the vehicle to determine the cause. The estimate you were given, was for the diagnostic service. When you arrived, the advisor offered to fully diagnose the vehicle - which could take some time... You declined. We are unable repair a vehicle until we know what actually in need of service. I certainly understand that this is frustrating, especially when you advised us you were on vacation. When you have time to leave the vehicle for a thorough diagnostic, we will be more than happy to repair it expertly.
