This is a reasonable place to buy an automobile. The staff treated me with respect, everyone except the heavy set white woman. She was a bit rude to me, asking me why I was in the head sales man’s office. I mean why else would I be in there?? Purchasing a vehicle lady!! Anyway, they have a good selection at great prices. The finance in house soo they can work with you. Check them out if you are in the market for a new car.

Worst experience I’ve had with a car dealership. DO NOT GO THERE. They’re quick to get your money but slow on service. I’ve been waiting on a car for nearly two weeks. Everyday they told me the next day you can pick it up. No one communicates with me, especially David. No one there respects your time and value, they only see you as a number. You can go to many other dealerships around. But DO NOT go to this one. Terrible service…. Don’t let the 5 star reviews fool you, either they’re bots or they’re having people leaving good reviews. Trust me. They not good at all

Easily the best dealer we could find in the area. The dealership has a great variety of cars and trucks something for everyone. They were able to work with my current credit and get the deal done for me.

Bought a car on Monday from them and everything went great. Quick customer service and super friendly staff which is great. Cars price was competitive and the financing was easily the best around.

Pleasant experience purchasing my newer Honda from them last week. Entire staff was really kind and helped me out any way they could. I would come back here again easily.

Worst car buying experience possible, 100% unprofessional business, needed multiple things done through warranty which took weeks, then finally i get it done, to find out they forgot to put my clips back on my calipers whole front end rattled for a month, took it to my own mechanic at this point. He tells me it should be on them which i agree, called saying motor vehicle will be contacted if no reimbursement is made from their mistake, says if i come in with receipt they’ll 100% give me back what i spent, wait for almost 2 hours for the manager mike to send out his “salesman” for him to tell me “mikes mad” so he doesn’t want to give you anything back due to saying im contacting motor vehicle. Id recommend going anywhere but here to purchase a vehicle. Worst part is i know they’re mad due to me not letting them walk over me an tell me what to do like everybody else does.

I took almost 2 years to write this , I didn’t want to in the beginning because I was beyond mad. So where to start Ramos my sales guy he was cool , everything went well communication was great during the viewing , test driving of the car , upon driving I noticed a few minor things that needed to be done -no shocks in the rear -2 bald tires -leaking exhaust -check engine light was on -tpms sensors were on -hill start assist was lit up -battery light was on -car was filthy -missing lug nuts -brake rotors and pads He assured me everything would be taken care of along with a nice detail . After putting my deposit down $2500 a few days passed I purchase insurance made sure everything on my end was good to go. 10 days goes by my sales guys on vacation , me being understanding everyone needs vacation time I don’t blame him. So I called the company to check when my car will be ready for pick up They said they were waiting on parts. Uhhhh I was mad at this point . So so I waited another 10 days , so at this point I’ve already waited 20 days to take possession of my car , I called called and called no answer . I drove and hour to there shop and had to cause a scene . Could you believe they forgot about me the mechanic was just hired under staffed and asked me what needed to be fixed at this point all I was seeing was RED . I mad a detailed list with the mechanic left . 10 more days goes by so basically a month later I get to pick up my car yay.. sike upon picking my car up Nothing was done besides the brakes and rotors . My cars dash was lit up like a Christmas tree, at this point I was mad and left with the car I’m a mechanic I do my own work . But I wasn’t about to let them get away with this . I called my lawyer and we were able to strike a deal since they let me leave with no shocks almost causing me to crash in a not road safe car I had my lawyer call and do his thing 30 days later they cut me a check instead of going the legal route and being sued . The owner gave me a check for 6k it cleared I was happy . The car was financed at 16k So due to their lack of customer service and skills and communication I was able to fix my car myself and walk away with 6k after the fact …. Besides all of this my car is still very reliable they didn’t sell me a lemon so I’d give them five stars there but there customer service gets 3 stars

DO NOTTTT GO HERE!!! They will sell you a car that has 1000 problems. They absolutely have ZERO communication. They sweet talk you till you sign the contract that they don’t even update. Your contract might seem great, let me tell you that contract is nothing ! They have 0 mechanics . They will take your car for an hour job and keep it for 6 days and still not fix what’s wrong with it. These “good” 5 star reviews are written by their own employees. Absolutely the worst car dealership. Bunch of manipulative liars who will watch the phone ring and not answer them and will transfer you to someone who sends you to voicemail . Every single employee has a bad attitude. The person who sells you the car 10/10 will never contact you after . There’s sooo much wrong with the place not 1 good thing. PLEASEEE save your money and take it else where cause this place is NOTTTT IT !!!

Service was great right up until we signed on the dotted line. My wife and I were going to buy our first big car, and boy did they roll out the red carpet with the down to earth atmosphere. Than once we signed contact was difficult, the car detailing was well sub par to say the least. We needed servicing shortly after buying which was supposed to be done easily by there shop on there warranty, which my wife and I thought was the “responsible” move, needless to say after two weeks of “getting a part in” once we confirmed the delivery with staff dropped the card off (for the entire business day) we get a call saying the parts not in. Nothing but a pure frustrating experience after the fact. Don’t bother buying any warranty you’ll never use it after the first time.

They got me approved for the car I wanted. I don't have the best credit and have. An open car loan and was still approved for a car! These people are scammers and liars. Soon as I got there everyone was running around. David Patrick fell asleep while taking care of me which I then went to Paul (financial guy). They showed me dirty cars and had other people looking at the same time. An old man brought out a 2011 Hyundai Elantra for me to test drive and drove like a maniac and ripped a plastic off under which then wasted my time. Then put $200 down so they can hold it because they said they’ll fix it. Called the next business day and they were lying and wouldn’t reach back out until I told them I had proof of everything. HORRIBLE!!!

Never rushed me, made me feel comfortable and at ease. Definitely a great experience and I would most certainly recommend them to family and friends.

I purchased a car from them the first week of February. By the middle of March my car had a hard time starting. I contacted them to let them know. They told me to come by they try to change the battery and if that doesn’t work to call back and they will try something else. When the battery wasn’t the issue due to it still not starting, the mechanic manager gave me attitude saying they did everything i told them to do when i am the customer reporting the issues. Before all of this they gave me the run around about picking up the car. They said they put on new tires and did oil change, mechanic proved from another garage they did not. I went to get a diagnosis of the car and the findings were the battery cord is corroded and air intake hose was ripped. Now any mechanic will tell you when you went to change the battery that is noticeable. Do not waste your time. They will sell a messed up car and they’ll know it and wouldn’t care. And they’ll always say they’re under staffed. If you go inside the building the sales people will walk by you and not acknowledge you. I attached a picture of other issues with the vehicle i just recently purchased.
