I wish I could give zero stars. The buyers of our home is using this place and they are the worst. They don't communicate at ALL. So if you accept and offer with this place as the mortgage pre approval, be warned that you will be held hostage to the contract with no communication as to where they are in the process. My closing was contracted for 8/20/21 (60 days from signing of the contract) and on that day the mortgage lender finally did the appraisal. It has now been two more weeks past the end of the contract date and this mortgage broker has not made any more progress. Patience has been exhausted and the contract is now being cancelled. It is unfortunate for this buyer they will lose their deposit because of this horrible mortgage broker. It is also unfortunate for me that my property has been off the market for 10 weeks now and I have to start this process all over. Again seller BEWARE with this place. They will frustrate and infuriate you beyond your worst nightmare.

This company was completely unprofessional and unresponsive. We called our mortgage broker, Mohammad, multiple times after not hearing back from him to check the status of our pre qualification to which he was not helpful, and did not return calls. After TWO weeks of him promising to get back to us (after already giving him our information), we went to a different company that helped us right away! Do not use this company!

Great Experience… The best place for the most difficult loans. They did everything to help my family get a loan, and buy our dream home.

Sadly, I had the most difficult time with this lender , My buyers are using them for the purchase of our house . They received 1 star because of poor poor communication. My buyers missed two mortgage commitment dates and all my Realtor wanted was an answer why . No communication or action. If we knew why we could have been informed for our New purchase. Now t’s costing us money because it’s taking our buyers a long time and we have to pay to extend our rate lock for our purchase This was important information because we had a set date to close for our new purchase. My buyers signed a contract on July 29th. It’s now October 21st. Still no mortgage commitment or answer why. Mo (This lender I’m rating) you won’t pick up the phone . We had to extend the closing once and now it looks like it again. If you are looking for a lender with poor communication skills .... money Market Mortgage is the lender for you , If you are a seller and you see that your buyer is using this lender and you need a timely closing date !!!!!!! Beware!!!
