We changed insurance to save money, but recommend them for that and more. I've already recommended Rummel Insurance Agency to a friend, and will do so again in a heartbeat.

The agents at Emil Rummel Agency are wonderful to work with! They are so helpful and most everything can be done online. We bought a camper and they added it on to our insurance and communicated with the dealership. We've been very happy with the insurance coverage, they insure our vehicles, home, and the camper too. I loved the one on one time Joan spent with me, carefully explaining every detail and making sure I understood everything. She seemed more concerned that I was taken care of than that I go with her company and give her the business. Everyone else in the office was the same, forthright and very personable. Rummel Insurance as a whole is just what we needed. Large enough to fill our insurance needs but yet small enough for that small, Hometown feel.

This company has the most authentic (Bavarian) building in Frankenmuth! Most others are pseudo-Bavarian but this one looks like it was designed by a Bavarian architect.

Keely was terrific to work with. She provided our quotes very quickly and kept constant conversation going through email. Given the pandemic we couldn't meet in person but I still felt she gave great customer service digitally! Rummel gave us the best price for both home and auto, and that local friendly service we weren't getting from a big box agency.

I’ve worked with them with my homeowners, dwelling fire, personal auto, and personal umbrella policies over the years as my needs have evolved. Prompt and helpful whenever I had to change my policies. Also very helpful whenever I had to file claims. And great service from Frankenmuth Insurance when claims were needed.

Just recently I had to get some dents taken out of my car. Although this should be an easy tasks, this gave me anxiety as I know nothing about cars and did not want to be overcharged. I contacted Joan at emil Rummel through email and she responded right away saying everything was taken care of/covered and I just needed to take my vehicle in to be fixed. Angel helped us move all of our policies to Rummel with no muss or fuss. Everything was handled by phone and email. We were able to do all the paperwork electronically, keeping us all safe during these unusual times. Angel was easy to work with and thoroughly professional.

Switched to Rummel a year ago and they've been great to communicate with. Had to make a claim over a month ago and things went nearly seamless. Only thing I'd say is that the adjustor they sent didn't contact me or the correct total to the body shop, but that has nothing to do with the service I've received at the Rummel office!
