They block their members from making payments by debit card by phone while pretending it is because the other financial institution is pulling the payment incorrectly. Your claim is false. We send them through as card not present. You have told multiple members they are denied because we run them as an ATM cash advance instead of a POS. Very unprofessional and the account manager didn't even know you could change your social security deposit online and over the phone as well. I was also basically called a liar when I tried to inform her that you could. I was told "it must be magic" . Evidently in her ignorance she could not figure out how to do so for her grandmother and when I called to tell her I was successful in doing so my application for an ATM card "magically " disappeared. Well abra cadabra my account is about to dissappear and reappear elsewhere. I recommend you avoid this happy little good ole boy credit union.
