Attempted to ask a question about a (2-page) county property tax form with the intent of paying them for their service. Woman who answered the phone did not attempt to assist at all and told me they couldn’t help me. They must be be doing so well that they don’t need new business. Extremely disappointed and will find tax assistance elsewhere and make sure my local area friends do the same. In response to a previous post, the accountant may have social skills but they receptionist sure does not.
