I'm not sure why some of these reviews speak negatively of Elite. But Wendy, my Business Consultant has been amazing. While I'll admit I was skeptical of their bundled services, Wendy walked me through everything, from what the cost would be to what typical questions would arise. Wendy even went further and became my advocate for ensuring I had all the tools needed to guarantee a smooth and successful partnership. She was even able to add into the bundle the cancellation fee for a current provider. Bottom line, if you want a service with a true professional who will advocate for you, guide you and even assist you in entering your inventory on the clover system; call Wendy. We are now in the processing of converting 9 additional locations.

Super bad service I do not recommend it is a lie what they offer .. I am in the process of cancellation and nobody responds to me Johana is responsible and always tells me that she is busy.

I’ve recently became a client and Wendy has been great. Whenever I have had a concern, all I have to do is call or text her and she has taken care of it. I expect nothing but the best from Wendy and the team, so far they have not disappointed.

These people scammed my uncle on signing a contract that he didn't know what it was because he doesn't know english. They took advantage of that and now hes been paying over 1k and thr contract is for 48 months. These guys take advantage of people that don't know english too well so if anyone sees this review please dont get scammed by these guys and read carefully the papers they hand to you before signing.

This company is a fraud. I have been paying them 222.00 for the last Six months and they have done nothing for me. I will be reporting them to the BBB and now seeking legal counsel.
