    I've been with elevations for a few years and my card got a fraud block put on it after questionable activity. I went into the branch to get a new card and they were very friendly and the process was very simple! They had a new card out within minutes!

    Baseline (Meadows) branch has posted hours until 12p today. At 11:40a lobby was locked, lights were off. We could not do business. We needed to bank today. Instead we got back in our car and watched elevations employees literally sneak out of the bank to their cars. Ugggh! Banking is important to me, my banking was 100% NOT important to elevations staff today.

    Terrible customer service. I bank here quite often and have never had a good experience. I was sat in line waiting with more people behind me waiting, while almost all the employees were stood in the lobby having a conversation about dog treats, I kid you not. not for nothing but how hard is it to do your job? You make it so irritating and unenjoyable to bank here, I can't tell you how unhappy I am, I've been with you guys since 2015 and have never been treated well, not only by this bank in particular but elevations in general if I could give no stars I would. UPDATE I was contacted by whoever runs this Google page with the reply you can see below, asking if I would send them my contact information, which I did, I gave them my phone number and a good email address and have waited 4 Days and have yet to hear anything from them. talk about false promises, honestly I think they just replied to my bad review so it looked good on there part, like they were "trying" to fix the problem how utterly disappointing.

    Tried to get a mortgage loan through Trevor. We spoke with him on a Thursday and were that our credit was good enough and we would have a pre approval letter the next day. Well we didn't hear from him at all. We waited until Wednesday the following week and still hadn't heard back. When we called, had to leave a message but did get a call back hours later. We were told that they were having system issues but he had been working on it constantly and would a pre approval by Friday. Friday comes and goes but we didn't hear anything from Trevor. We had to call him again and were told that they were still having "system issues." He was going to have it sent to the underwriter manually and would have it by the end of the week again. End of the day Friday we still hadn't heard from him. By then we told him to forget it. Serious lack of communication and poor customer service!!

    Called ahead to start business account. Told to just show up. Went there and after 30 minutes waiting I called Chase then went there. I waited at Chase 0 minutes, the manager met me at the door.

    I have had wonderful experiences with Elevations. They are kind, courteous and professional. I feel like a person when I go in, rather than a bag of money. I appreciate the help I have received on various occasions and their customer service has been phenomenal over the years. Really happy to bank with Elevations.

    The bank's online banking system is antiquated, with important aspects not functioning. Even though I had several thousand dollars in my account I was charged two overdraft fees. I thought it would be a simple fix but when I went to ask about it, I was shamed and told that I hadn't been responsible for my accounts. When I pressed further I realized that there was a hold on the checks I deposited even though the checks were from my elevations business account. They withdrew the funds immediately from my businesses but still held the money for 5 days from my personal account. Honestly, this isn't the first time I've felt their bankers have been condescending, each saying the same lines as if they are trained to be that way. I'm cancelling my account and transferring my business as soon as I am able. I do not recommend working with this company. I want to like them. I support credit unions and prefer them over banks, but their poor customer service, policy of blaming their clients for their antiquated banking system, and lack of services you'd expect for a bank in 2018 just doesn't justify putting my money there.

    Almost missed a lifetime interview and almost left stranded on a highway due to this company deciding to not allow me to purchase gas and ultimately taking my card at their ATM over a compromise in their system that I received no phone call, email, or voicemail about. Will be closing my account and no reply from the owner will dismiss such incompetence. To say that I was furious is an understatement.

    Female rep just had to loudly state what I was depositing into my account. I thought banks were supposed to be professional about financial transactions with customers? Guess not. Will not return this branch. My personal financials is not for the entire building to know.

    Incompetent and unmotivated staff! They don’t know what are they doing and I wonder why are they working there. Hire someone who can do the job. Thank you.
