Mark and Rose are superstars. I wish this country was run like Elderton state bank. Fine people, who do what they say they are going to do. Good customer service, attention to detail, customer first mentality. Rare, exceptional bank that I feel lucky to work with. Not like those big banks where no one answers the phone. Dealing with this bank is equivalent to dealing with the DMV. Everyone is miserable and has an attitude, nobody is eager to assist you, and getting ahold of the individual assisting you is nearly impossible.
