OneMain Financial Ben Franklin Rd, Indiana

I usually have a pleasant experience with the staff but I called to make an arrangement on my account today and was made to feel like human garbage. Jesse, the new manager had no compassion for our situation and argued with me. I told him I never had this problem with the previous manager and he insisted on telling me the reason the previous manager was let go. That is not my business. I thought this was really unprofessional and defamation of the old managers character. I called corporate and they took care of my problem with no issue and we got it settled. I have never spoken to a manager that was so blatantly rude and argumentative. As if HE was the one this was effecting. I will NEVER call the Indiana branch for assistance again.

I called and was put on hold for 10 minutes, representative picked up and said sir do u mind if I put u on hood … I said no I don’t mind u putting me on hold again 😡, like I have nothing to do in life !!!! So I’m on hold again for 10 minutes , he gets back on line and says sir can I take ur number and have someone call u back ….. I said no thanks I’ll call somewhere else click……..

I have been trying to reach someone at this location for a couple days. I leave a voice mail which is not returned. I tried to reach someone at the main office number but after being on hold and not speaking to anyone for over 15 minutes, I was not able to wait longer. My loan is paid off and need to ask a question.

Was trying to resolve an issue with my Aunt's account District Manager got on phone, Most rude person every dealt with Kept calling me Man, it doesn't matter Man, Not our problem Man are you done Man then he hung up There is ZERO customer service

Would give them a ZERO if I could. Not a company you want to do business with ..they prey on their customer's and make promises they don`t and can`t keep.

This is my second loan with One Main Financial. Unfortunately due to Covid last year my finances were horrible like many people around the world. Many if my bills that should've been paid off grew in amount and my monthly bills were behind and I normally over 100k a year. Well I finally got back to normal and One Main gave me the funds to pay off all my high interest credit cards ( that were my lifeline) and I can now make one payment to cover it. I will also be able to make additional payments to pay it off sooner without any penalty. Highly recommend them if you have trouble with regular banks.

Mike Jones was fantastic, informative, and just straight forward. I'd recommend him to anyone. This is to you Mike Jones....

They was very nice. And quick to let you know about your load. Would send people there.
