I will never use El Paso Title Co again, nor will I recommend them to anyone. The closing process was painful, because I was not in El Paso at the time. It was delayed a week due to a lack of communication from El Paso Title. I was never mailed the final closing package once the process was finished, though I was told it was sent. There was no proof of receipt, because El Paso Title didn't send it certified or use any form of delivery confirmation. When I brought this to their attention, they said it would take a couple weeks to get the closing documents, because they started using a new archival system. Weeks later I still don't have the paperwork, and it looks like I may never.

I have done several closings with El Paso Title, They have great customer service, even long after the closing. They have excellent communication and follow up with both the buyers and sellers. They pay attention to details and they have always closed on time! I highly recommend them.
