This was my first time applying for a loan and needed some quick cash. I had already called 3 other locations but it was Arlins friendliness and commitment to help that brought me to this location. She really went above and beyond for me. Her manager was also super helpful and empathetic to my needs and i could see why Arlin is so awesome since she's just a reflection of her leader. Definitely recommend this location.

She was very helpful and answered every question to her best ability & makes sure to go up and beyond for the customer.This was my first time getting a loan and I thought I wasn’t going to have everything needed but I was wrong. All you need is your car, the title and your ID... Yup just those 3 things! I will always recommend this location to anyone looking for a title loan. I promise you these people will make it happen!

Dee & Hugo were such a great help! Dee was warm and friendly and was able to help me get my loan processed quickly with check in hand at the end of the transaction. Hugo also recommend cashing at Wells Fargo up the street from this location as they don't charge a cashing fee for TItleMax customers. :) I would HIGHLY recommend this location, excellent customer service!

I have nothing but great things to say about this location! I came in very unsure of title loans and was questioning if i even wanted to go through with the process. Right off the bat the staff made sure i was comfortable and answered all of my questions. In the end I decided to take the loan and was able to get out of my bind.
