i recently submitted paperwork, yet they continue to send me notifications that they need the same paperwork I submitted. they are a little to relaxed and not as eager to provide help as id like. i am also on hold for an extend time every time i call. couldn't get through right now when i called. However, i guess they get their stuff done cuz there still around.

I just recently called to get basic information about my refund status, but their faculty is really incompetent when acquiring info about financial aid. They seem not to care about what they are doing since they are eager to hang up on your call without full context about information you're requesting, making almost every phone call socially awkward with a faculty member. Above all, terrible service and unprofessional.

They do not help you whatsoever.They only help when its convenient for them at THEIR OWN TIME. But when it come to charging students, THEY'RE SO ON IT

I was selected for verification which I sent in, only for them to reject the verification because one of their facultymembers made a mistake. Now I have to wait to see if was approved for aid because only my cal grant is showing.
