Working with Tory and his team at Efinity mortgage was truly a breeze. They did such an amazing job at getting the grunt work done so that we didn’t have to worry about anything and could enjoy the home buying experience. My husband and I would recommend Efinity a thousand times over and we will continue to use them in the future.

Hands down the worst financial transaction I've had I years. Uncaring, impatient, and condescending from start to finish. I get them when you work for the mortgage broker you don't get to pick what company your mortgage is with, but in this instance run far away from these people.

Sylvia was so helpful, she walked us through refinancing our house. She was able to find us a very good deal, cut our mortgage loan in half, not only that we went from a 4% interest rate to a 2.5 %. That help us so much and receive a great monthly payment. I highly recommend Sylvia, refinance process was smooth and on time as promise.

Outstanding service team. Highly recommend Efinity! They were helpful and set clear expectations for everything I needed to provide. We even closed a week early on my REFI! They beat the mortgage rate of my current mortgager and also two other banks I do business with. We even got this awesome cutting board and coffee mugs as a gift after closing!

Tori and his team not only helped me through a very hard situation with Megatel homes. They also took care of me through the process. If i could give this company 0 stars trust me I would. Absolutely the worst mortgage company ever. Please don’t waste your time and energy with this poor excuse of a business. Worst customer service i have ever experienced. We’ve been going back and forth with them for 6 months, yes you’ve read that right 6 months now! When they want answers they want them immediately, but when you need answers be ready to wait a year. Their communication is horrible, they do not return calls or emails. You literally have to almost stalk them to even get a reply back. No company is that busy. Moral of the story: Find another mortgage company to give your business to that will actually appreciate it and do simple things like return calls!
