had a fraudulent ppp loan taken out on a company that's closed. I don't understand how they didn't verify the company or the information given to them. complete ripoffs this company deserves to be investigated. their phones numbers don't work or they just won't respond. I've emailed them so many times the next step would be to to Texas and walk into their office to resolve this. loan was disbursed in march of 2021 to give prospective

Very unprofessional. It's disappointing how poor the service is with this financial institution. If that's what it is. This company deals with third-party company Blueacorn. They refuse to communicate with ppp loan customers. They default on many business loans and ruin many people's life's and businesses. Im not sure how this company can possibly be legit or even still in business!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would! This is unfortunately my lender for the PPP loan I applied for on 4/5/21. I found out after applying that there may be issues depositing my loan into my Chime account so I have been trying to change my bank ever since. Well, my 1st deposit rejected on 4/22 & again I have been reaching out with numerous emails with my new banking info. I have been promised certain dates & lied to multiple times. After at least 20 emails which included my new bank info, instead of updating it they resent to chime which in turn rejected again today 5/12. I advise anyone looking to do business with this company to run as far as you can!!! I will continue to update this post.... 5/18 - Still haven't received my loan or any communication from anyone!

I will be suing this company. If anyone would like to join me leave a comment. This company has received funds on my behalf and has never disbursed the funds to me. I am now expected to pay back funds that I never received. This company does not answer phone calls or emails.

I just got my loan 2 days ago. It was a process. Yes, commucation was not great but I kept calling and would speak to customer service support. I believe this company bit off more than it could handle! They should have cut off the amount of applications to process in order to functionally assist people. Totally undermanned. I was told they took on over 200,000 applications. Make sure to keep all receipts 💯 and spent the money on its intended purposes!! I still have questions about the lender and their paper process so I will be calling.

I’ve been approved and signed my documents since 4/18/21 YOU CAN NOT REACH OUT TO THEM THEY WONT SPEAK TO YOU ON ANYTHING YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH BLUE ACORN AND THEY ARE NO HELP! It’s ridiculous that i have a federal loan in my name that i have not been funded for and i can not contact or speak to my lender! I will NEVER use capital plus again and a lawyer has been contacted. Their behavior and unprofessionalism is UNACCEPTABLE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will have you sign a legal contract on a loan they WILL NOT FUND YOU FOR IT! The are scam and a fraud and i think they are taking people funds and stealing identities!

I have been calling for three weeks emailing I have left voice messages almost every other day and I have not had anyone talk to me. It’s very unprofessional to own a business that you don’t even properly use right. I already signed my documents my loan was approved but chime didn’t want to except my deposit and there’s no way for me to know what’s going to happen then?? I have been waiting since March and this is not good! If I was approved I should get my money why are you playing with me?

I called and emailed to ask about the DocuSign documents I got. No call back or email. How does a company approve you through Blueacorn and not respond back. I was approved and if you read through they can take it away for anything. I also asked how can I sign anything without a payment amount. No answer. You don’t sign anything without knowing how much you have to pay each month. This is a total scam. Has anyone received their PPP money?

WARNING TO ALL!!! SCAM ALERT!!!! DO NOT USE BlueAcorn at all!!!! Our application has been locked up for over 3 weeks and you will not answer our requests to cancel!! We need someone to release our app ASAP so that we can apply with someone that will actually help us. What do we need to do to get some help now? There is a deadline approaching and you have blocked us from being able to move forward.

It's been 10 days, by law I'm supposed to be funded no more than 10 days, still nothing. When you think you're talking with a live person, it turns out that it's a computer generated response. I've filed a complaint with the BBB, and I suggest everyone do the same. I have a feeling they're going to try to use the excuse that the funding ran out, but they can't because I was approved, and signed the docs, sent them back a little more than a week before the funds ran out so good luck with that one. This has been a horrible experience, very nonexistent customer service, nobody follows up, the status updates continually give conflicting dates, nothing as per what was advertised.

Capital Plus is my lender for the PPP loan, my Womply application was hacked and my funds were diverted to another account, Womply said I need to contact the lender directly but you can’t. None of these 3rd party affiliates of SBA are taking accountability for the fraud happening within their system. Capital Plus website says they partnered with Blue Acorn for all PPP issues but Blue Acorn says that I don’t have an application with them and they cannot help me. You can not get any of these corporations on the phone, all they do is have you go in circles emailing their “bot” systems and you can never get a profound answer or remedy to fix it. And they all point the finger at eachother. These hackers and scammers are able to infiltrate these systems and not worry about anyone catching up to them because it’s so grossly mismanaged. And all the while we are having the only money for our businesses being stolen right out from under us and no one is helping or stopping it!

I finally got my money after 2 months hold tight people if you signed a promissory note and you received an SBA loan number by law they have to give you your money I waited months and and finally got my money. This lender is definitely not doing things right but as long as you have that loan number you will be fine.

Covid-19 negatively effected my personal and professional life so deeply on both a physical and mental level. The pandemic created a relative loss for every coworker; when including our family members, the hurt has been exponential. I lost my job, a friend and the place that I once called home. My former place of employment (03/2019-11/2021) was also my home (06/2019-01/2022). After doing an online database search i was quickly directed to this alleged "fraudulent" company's website and determined thru research in addition to these reviews that my fears were actually a collective nightmare.

Signed promissory note 7 days ago which I waited 8 weeks for, so I was ok with that. But it took them 8 weeks to submit promissory note for me to sign I. The first place l. I was really counting on that money and not getting it has hurt me and my business. If they were not going to deliver I wish they wouldn’t have gotten my hopes up because I could’ve went through others.

I have had active PPP loans since 4/9/21 I cannot get ahold of BlueAcorn nor Capital. It is active and not disbursed since 4/9. They’re suppose to get your money within 10 business days I have been lied to repeatedly and now will have to hire counsel as fraud is taking place. I just want the money I have been promised for 4 months now. How can you scam so many people especially after they promise your money is safe if you’re SBA approved but that to was a lie

I signed my docs 4/20 I received multiple emails stating that o was already approved and that I was waiting on funds to be transferred to my account. After waiting for weeks and being asked for more docs to prove my business which I have had for 6years . They promised that the funds were secured on 6/24 I received an email stating they will not be moving forward I could have went with a different lender if they was going to wast my time and have all of y information just to deny me after approving me . They have funded multiple people who don’t even have legit business but said screw the real business owners

They do not answer the phone. The chat workers are rude. I've been in funding since 4/18. I'm watching clients that were approved and signed documents after me be funded before me. It's not fair, I have a real business and I'm losing it. I just need my loan to be dispersed..This is ridiculous. Do not apply with them, they do not update you in real time. They lie about payout dates and the customer service is non-existent.

They are the lender for my PPP loan, and they sent me BLANK documents. I cannot get in touch with anyone there OR through Blueacorn. All I get are generic emails saying my loan should be funded 10 business days after it was approved which was way more than 10 days ago. This is unacceptable, and this company should not be in business nor should Blueacorn!!! THE SBA REQUIRES THE FUNDS TO BE DISBURSED. There are going to be a lot of angry people and lawsuits! Do NOT use these people.

I applied 4/8 and signed documents on 4/17 it has passed the 10 business days from signing and still not been funded. I have been emailing, calling, every day it seems since Day 5. It’s always a run around of “we are working on it and you will see it in 7-10 days” I suggest to not use them or Blueacorn Update: still not funded as of 5/8.

I applied for my first draw PPP loan through Womply on 5/2. I was SBA approved on 5/17. I have been stuck on the “SBA APPROVED - Lender Processing Prom Note” stage with this company for TWO WEEKS! All of my application information is correct, but no Docusign promissory note has been sent to me. I have contacted Capital Plus Financial bots multiple times to be told that my phone number and email address do not match anything in their database. Essentially, they have no record of me or my loan. I left a voicemail message on their customer service number as well as put in a support ticket. No new information from them. However, I do have documentation with my loan number listed with this company as my lender from the SBA. I have just submitted my complaint to the SBA about the gross incompetence of this company, and I hope that I will be transferred to another lender. This company is ruining lives. There are those of us who need this money to survive, and these delays are ludicrous. Learn from this long line of comments.....this company is trash. Do NOT work with them.

I have been approved by SBA and got loan number for my 2nd draw. Womply says borrower funded and CAFS says disbursed but no money has been received by my bank. They won't answer phone or anything else. Don't do business with them.

Ok so I am 100% at agreement with some of you. When it comes to the waiting time. I just received my funds yesterday. I took a month to receive the funds after I have signed the appropriate documents. Now here is the issue I’m having now. My bank on the other hand is being a pain. They are asking for a EIN NUMBER but I only have a TIN number and trying to force me to open a business account. But I do not want to right now until money is flowing the way I want it too. So other words they are trying to say that would be the only way for me to be able to withdraw funds. So they placed the funds on hold. Have anyone been through this before. Seriously can anyone give me some advice on what to do. Please my business is really depending on this if I do not get this resolved. I’m going to have to let my business go and I cannot afford that it’s apart of my living. Please can someone help me please.

Would give zero if i could i have been waiting for my loan for months and now I got a email from blue acorn saying that we can not move forward with your loan, we know that this is frustrating and wish we had better news. They gave me no reason as to why my loan is not being processed and will not answer any emails that I have written them
