Male Caucasian employee on the front end was very rude when I was walking in for the first time. The other employees such as Vanessa and Art however were very friendly and helpful when it came to processing my car loan. Definitely recommend!

Usually we have a good experience but this last time we had a bad experience because of their employee named David. We made an appointment for the following day with him for 1 pm. When we got there they said he decided to take Lunch then and we could wait or see someone else .I thought that was rude of him and wanted others to be aware in case someone else needs an appointment.

I love coming here instead of going to the two branches I have offered to me here in town "Visalia". I find that at this location they're fast, friendly and to the point. They don't judge, they just help. I had an incident at one of the locations due to my employer and their checks but they made it out to be like it was my fault, but not here. Super friendly and that's why I take the extra trip to come here for any bank needs I have.

The best! Where most bank care more about money and all the fees they can charge, this bank is definitely for the people. The only bad thing is they aren't open on Saturday's. But the good outweigh.
