I just closed on my first home with Edge Home Finance. When I reached out to Brad Bennett, I was right in the middle of shopping for loans. He was very competitive with rates and fees. I went to Brad Bennet of Edge Home Finance to purchase my first home. Brad promised me that he would be able to close escrow in 14 days. We closed escrow in 10 days and received the keys. This is almost unheard of. Three years later I decided to refinance my home. I went to the typical lenders on the Internet like Rocket Mortgage and Loan Depot. Both lenders were unsuccessful in completing the loan. So I decided to give Brad another try. When I approached Brad, he promised that he would get the loan done in approximately two weeks.
