Michelle Clutchette was unprofessional for not being honest from the beginning and for wasting my time and asking for personal matter documents that other have not asked for and even they actually were able to find the informationthey needed not like her that she asked for it and "didn't find anything" Such a lie. I can't believe that only her and her risk team were the only ones who couldn't find what they needed from all the others i sent the same information to. I doubt they ran anything. Only collected my information for no reason. If she had been honest by saying no from the beginning, there wouldn't have been an issue. However, she asked for all of my information and information that didn't imply just to tell me something she could have beforehand. I can't believe she does this every day, and I am assuming that she would know if they could or couldn't just by the information I could only give. Honesty, you are not a trusted person or the company in general. If I could give you negative stars, I would, however, the system doesn't allow me. Fellow people be aware of this person when anyone requests for a loan before giving her your information; they are not trustworthy at all.
