Edge Federal Credit Union Morgan Rd, Liverpool

I have been with Edge for a long time and let me tell you they are amazing. You go to those bigger banks you wait and wait on automated messages and you need to talk to 12 people before you get to the person you are looking for. Edge is small and efficient. You receive personal service - quick! I have never experienced any issues with Edge and I am grateful they continue to provide great service each and every day.

I liked the see the loan agreement my dad signed that allowed you to steal the money from his account after he passed. So shady!!! We are in the process of getting my dads estate and I guess Edge federal credit union wanted to make sure THEY were good and deciding to garnish money from my dads account to pay for an auto loan without even going through the proper legal process and without notifying the estate of what they were doing. So so shady!! We haven’t even see the terms of the loan yet!!

I was able to get my daughter a Cub Saver account at Edge FCU right through her school. Edge is a very education driven credit union that really gives a lot back to the kids while teaching them how to save and be responsible with money. The staff is all super friendly and the space is very welcoming. Rates are great too.

I Love all my peeps at Edge Credit Union. They take care of me every week. 🍀😊🍀😊 They make banking easy.

They never should have made such a small teller space indoors. The tellers are not very friendly. At least the ones standing at the very small counter. They aways seem to have a problem when looking up my credit card account to pay my bill. If I didn't like my credit card rate I would not do any business with them.

Being able to have access to a bank at school made my life easier. As a student I was able to volunteer at the Edge location right in my school. Through doing this I was able to expand my knowledge on how banking worked. I was motivated to deposit money into my account weekly from the monthly promotions Edge had. The employees at Edge are the nicest, welcoming people.

I volunteered at the student branch and it was always my favorite part of the day. I made great connections and lasting friendships with the workers as well as my peers. I learned a lot of information regarding checking and savings accounts, as well as other beneficial knowledge that has helped me navigate through college and the real world.

I just received my first debit and credit card as a sophomore. Nice to start building my credit at a young age and having access to the credit union at LHS.

I’m still in shock by how poorly I was treated in the drive thru on August 20th, 2020. The lady who had blonde curly hair and classes was so short wouldn’t let me speak, I could see her roll her eyes through the window. If you can’t handle dealing with customers. Get a different job. I’ve been with this bank since I was 17 and I’m ready to change it just because of how rude their employees are now.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful any time I have been there. Have always had good experience with auto loans. Great customer service!
