Easy Pawn S Lowry St, Smyrna

Usually this is a great place when you are in a bind and need to makes ends meet till payday. This is not about their loan policy but customer service OR lack thereof. Sadly I had the chance to meet these two individuals and all I can say is they were both completely rude. Even after getting a loan from them I said thank you and all this one person could do is roll her eyes and mumble. Every other encounter has been great but if these two individuals are there I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

I called to ask if they had an Xbox one and she said something I couldn’t quite hear her the first time then I asked her to say it again. she said it again and then just hung up on me

Daisy and Jio both assisted me with my layaway with smiles and friendly customer service and I will always appreciate the personal attention I get each time when I walked in along a friendly greeting. This store has been by far my favorite pawnshop! Great staff and customer service! The associate that helped me was Daisy. She made my shopping experience easy with all the knowledge she had about what they had in the store! Will be returning!

Tim was extremely helpful when I came in. He was honest and straightforward. And if it hadn't been for him I wouldn't have bought anything. So very refreshing!

Between the awesome managers Gio and Troy and awesome employees, I’ve never seen a store come so far up so quickly! The store looks so clean and everything seems fair priced. I highly recommend this store if you want to find a nice and cost-efficient gift for someone!

I don't remember her name exactly.. Monica.. Monique .. whatever but seemed like she was allergic to work or was going to lunch but seemed more interested in getting getting out of there versus helping me..

Hands down the worst customer I have gotten all year.The girl at the front desk needs to be fired for her attitude!! I go in and ask a simple logical question and she gave me a coy response. During the whole transaction she had a terrible attitude. Not to mention I brought an item in that was literally worth 1,800 dollars(they even verified) and the company only wanted to give me $275 on a loan. I literally went down the street and the pawn shop there gave me a loan that was correct giving the price of my item, Word to the wise if you are worker you never know what a person is going through. Learn to to talk to people if you gonna be in customer service. DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE STAY AWAY!!

Daisy Monique was very helpful, she helped me pick out a wedding band and I absolutely loved it, and a necklace for my wife. she doesnt even know I got it for her, Daisy Monique pointed it out for me thank you daisy she also explained to me about there 1 year and lifetime Jvp (jewelry tradeup) at any location, she even gave me cleaning products for my jewelry with the jvp!I mean what pawn shop offers that !!! I went in looking for a tablet for my son. The manager really helped me. We find one that was an apple tablet but since I never owned one before. I told her what I need it for and she helped me out by looking to see if it is even compatible for me. It turns out not to be but she took the time. To help us. I love easy pawn. Zaina And Gio are the best employees ever. They are very generous and kind and will help you in every way. The store is always clean and the customer service is great! I would recommend everyone pay them a visit.

They literally gave me a counterfeit $100 bill & when I pointed out my concern that the bill didn't seem real (older $100 bill) he made a mini scene & assured all money they give out comes directly from the bank & the money they get from customers are never recirculated. I literally almost got arrested for taking that $100 to the bank. I returned that following Monday (I received it that previous Thursday) and the girl I spoke to made a comment "well if we gave you fake money, why did it take so long to come back?" Because I didn't take it to the bank until Saturday morning & y'all aren't open on Sundays but yeah I would not do any business here.

Where can I even begin? This is hands down the best pawnshop experience that I have ever had. The staff at this location are some of the friendliest and most professional people I've had the pleasure of meeting. They worked with me on multiple occasions to ensure I can get the most money for my items and they have a pretty great selection of things to browse. I was helped by a woman named I believe Giovanni and it was like talking with an old friend. Look no further for your pawnshop needs because Easy Pawn has everything you may need and I will continue to be using them from here on out.

Love this store. Come in often. Staff ALWAYS helpful...even if I dont make a purchase ...and they invite me back. Was supposed to return to pick up a tabket yesterday. Took.ill and could not get back before closing time. Arrived at i this morning and they gad saved it for me and were just as pleasant to me as yesterday . They jump started my tablet experience by installing gmail FOR ME! Nobody has to be nice....its just great when they are. Upon my arrival, Sale agent Gio was very welcoming and kind, transacting with her was a new experience in this store. And will like to come over and over again.

The Smyrna location is the best. I have shopped at several others and none compare to the customer service down to the value and quality of merchandise. Their prices beats the rest hands down. Always telling friends and family about this particular store.

I paid $2200 for wedding/engagement rings and they offered me $400. Shipmate that is a complete rip off on my end. As you can imagine I left pretty teed off and took the rings with me.
