lady w gray and white hair. seriously rude going on and on about scammers made me give her a bunch of pointless info and still wouldn’t cash my check. made it seem like i’m trying to scam her cashing a 160 check. if i wanted to scam someone if go for a lot more than 160.

Linda is what makes this place so great. Wonderful customer service and really knows how to make you feel welcomed. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

My experience at the Smyrna location was marvelous! Mrs. Linda is a very helpful, genuine, caring lady! She tried to help me the best way she could and gave me advice on what I could do due to my situation. I was very pleased with her service and honesty. Mrs. Linda is highly recommended to go visit if you are having any troubles during these hard times.

The ladies there lashon and Barbra are so nice!! Every time I go in to cash my check they’re always smiling. I love going there! I know I’ll always have fast service and end up with a smile on my way out. Literally the best check into cash I been too . The two gorgeous ladies that works here are the BEST . Very patient, informative & will literally have you in and out . They will keep you updated about everything & no not like the harassing kind more like ( a great friendly reminder) also long as you give them a call you and keep them updated your good. I don't know what woman was working today, but she decided to shut down and hour early and blatantly lied to me telling me Western Union was down. Checked multiple places and that was not the case. When I explained the situation she decided to get short and disrespectful with me. With a massive attitude reiterated that Western Union was down. Incredibly unprofessional. Will be calling corporate.
