Easy Money N, Murfreesboro

I went there to cash a check that a family member has sent to me. The older white lady who works there in the morning blasted out loud that it was a fraudulent check. The check was not a fraudulent, she didn't wanna give me my check back she even call the police on me I sat there until the police arrive and the office and the officer verified the it WAS IN FACT A REAL CHECK!!! This is the worst place ever. The employees are unprofessional and do not know what they're doing and needs to go through a discrimination training.

Easy money is great. There very friendly, fast, helpful and was great. I have to say that store in Murfreesboro is nice and clean. It's not often u go into a place and smell the clean. I rate 5 stars and will definitely referr people there. Thanks for the help and support. All 3 ladies where friendly and funny.

These young Ladies are always kind, cordial and accurate. I have not had any bad experiences and don't expect I will! My location is in Memorial Blvd. by Murphys. Always reliable in a pinch!

I don't mind providing my information to cash a check but I do not condone giving out personal information for family/friends just to cash a government check. Don't waste your time

I give this place a 0 not professional and everyone work there rude and disrespectful the lady Pam helped me when I was there and she is very rude she pointed something out on my bank transations and assume I had a loan out that never been paid (when I didn't)but with that being said she knew I couldn't get a loan but instead of telling me this gone stop you from getting a loan she processed my application anyways just to say It was denied I guess Just to make it look like they get a lot of service...USERS They will waste your time

I don’t understand all the negative reviews. I received great customer service when I visited Easy Money on memorial blvd. All the ladies were professional and friendly. I will be referring my friends and family. Thank you Christie for processing my loan so quickly.

If only I could give this no stars!! Jennifer who did my loan was very knowledgeable about her work ethic, extremely nice, & exuded above & beyond her customer service. CRYSTAL IS THE WORST REP THERE! EXTREMELY RUDE, PISS POOR CUSTOMRR SERVICE, DOESN'T ANSWER THE PHONE NOR DOES SHE ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING YOUR LOAN. I made a promise to pay with the manager BC I live out of state CRYSTAL out of spite withdrew from my account. Now I can't pay my my car note!!!

Went here on Sept 2nd no one was at the counter. I said hello several times knocked on there back doors called the phone to try to get their attention still no one. Never have a been to a establishment where no one was working and it was during business hours it was around 2pm just very odd maybe who was working decided to walk out and not lock the door lol just very odd

Terrible place, very lazy workers. There were both a woman and man employee working. I had taken a loan out there before, paid it on time, then wasn't able to rewrite until all of my info was turned back in. It had been 4 weeks..... Lazy employees who have half a brain.

On the phone. Was extremely helpful and nice. Was willing to help me outside of their ability.
