Easy Money Shorter Ave, Rome

This place accepts debit cards one day but then tells you they don’t the next or you have to pay a 10 dollar fee. So who knows how many times I’ve had 10 dollars taken out of my account t unknowingly. Don’t ever try to buy a firearm because this place always gets people delayed. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with.

I would not do business with these people unless they change their attitude. I walk into the pawn shop to pay on an item that I had in pawn and the very first thing I get is a tone and an attitude. The golden rule stands as it is but this place of business is completely disrespectful to whom they choose. Shady as well. Get your things out of pawn if you have them there.

Went into look for a chainsaw found one and offered 200 dollars for it the lady agreed to that price went to run my debit card came back and told me she was having problems with her credit card machine ran the card three times never would go through left and went to lowes and bought a brand new saw with the same card no problems two hours later my checking account got hit with three 200 dollar debits from easy money called back to easy money to let them know she said she was aware and to call my bank I called my bank they said she had to cancel the transaction on her end called them back and was told she didn't care and I'd have to prove they did it now I'm here with my bank account froze with fraudulent transactions from easy money had to file a police report and will be pressing charges

Do not go here. I have pawned the exact same Nintendo switch here 5 times. I came in today and it is completely dead because I haven't used it. This older woman who looked like she was on drugs thought it was broke because it had to charge. Then she wanted it to charge to 10% and play it to see if it would hold a charge. Why 10%? I was late getting back to work for my lunch break. Serioulsy???? There are 4 other pawn shops in rome with much nicer people. I'll be using them in the future

NOW I KNOW WHY THIS PLACE IS CALLED EASY MONEY!! THEY LOOK AT ALL OF THERE CUSTOMERS AS EASY MONEY!!! THEY STOLE MY JEWELRY NEVER CALLED OR GAVE ME A CHANCE TO PAY!!

Employees there are very rude. Especially the Hispanic lady. Only got $25 bucks for a TV that they turned around and put a $115 price tag for sale. $90 dollars profit! Wow really? Thats like triple profit. I couldn't do people like that.

They will not let me pawn there anymore because my husband was out of work and I couldn't get a ring out of pawn so I don't do business with them anymore .

I pawned a laptop computer there to help pay for bills. I went back 4 days later and bought it back except when I got it back the top of the computer had scratches all over it. The manager insisted that I was just looking for money when all I wanted was my laptop back the way I left it. He continued to get aggressive and louder saying that I wanted money from him and all I wanted was my laptop the way it was. Apparently things do not matter to him as much as they mean to you. If you go to this pawn shop be aware that your items will be mistreatrd and when they are they will have no remorse for your belongings.

Not many pawn shops that see you like something but probably have the look of the listed price is more than you expected and immediately make you a deal on their end without even asking but this is the place one of the few old school pawn locations left with a great staff thats willing to make a deal its even better when you dont have to try to haggle because they just wanna make you happy before dissapointment sets in. I can't personally speak for how their pawning process works but their ability to sell a product for a fair price and no hassle is hand down the best pawn shop in town.

This is an aweful business ran by shady unethical junkies. The ladies behind the counter do not understand any aspects of running a business. Hopefully their lineage stops there.
