Eastman Credit Union TN, Blountville

I haven't used or opened a bank account since my early 20s and I am almost 40 years old now, so give or take 10 to 15 years. Well I decided to open a savings and checking account after so many years mainly because I have 2 teenage minor daughters who just started their very first jobs and needed bank accounts for direct deposit for their payroll checks. I am so thankful I decided to open up new bank accounts through Eastman Credit Union cause they r super friendly and helpful when it comes to any questions or concerns me and my family may have regarding our accounts and money. Government checks r also deposited like 3 to 4 early versus receiving government check through the mail or on a governmsnf issued debit card. I also opened my bank account just in time when 2020 tax refund season just started because my refund check, stimulus check, unemployment checks, and kids death benefit checks were safely and quickly deposited into my checking account. I hate that our country and society is enduring this global pandemic but being a customer through this bank was one of the very few positive things during the quarantine period since I didn't have to wait on any payment I was waiting on. Thanks so much for being such an amazing bank and friendly group of staff members!!!!

Great place, easy to deal with, very courteous. Got my loan over the phone and only had to pick it up, sign the back and deposit it. Will work with them for all my financial needs.

ECU LOST my money in bill pay to pay my husbands truck fund. $500 they cannot find and neither can the other bank the auto loan is through. An insufficient funds charge was hit from BOTH the auto loan issuer AND Eastman and ECU REFUSES to find my money.

Applied for a car loan. Really needed the car. My credit was fine and I make plenty of money to cover the payment. Jumped the through hoop after hoop had a "preapproval" but took too long and vehicle was being sold to someone else. Lost my dream car... so you get one star and I'm looking for a new place to bank.

My husband and I love ECU! Sometimes there's a line and you have to wait a little bit but the customer service cant be beat!!

The credit union is amazing but this branch only has 2 to 3 tellers for such a busy place. Expect a wait.

Can't get rid of the tax advertisement on my account. Therefore, can't even see my accounts. Very annoying.
