I do NOT recommend using this bank. I overdrew my account when I was young and stupid and have since changed my lifestyle. I am a responsible thriving adult. They refuse to do business with me because of my past! Take your business elsewhere!

Wish there was an option for ZERO stars. We had a terrible experience with Jennifer Treadway at Eastman Credit Union. She was VERY unprofessional throughout our loan process, which ended in her assistant informing us that our loan was denied. Jennifer failed to adequately pre-approve us (admitted by her own supervisor), she misinformed us, failed to communicate with us effectively, was non-responsive at times, and did not perform essential tasks in a timely manner. Jennifer was negligent and careless with our loan application and she never bothered to contact us directly to discuss her failure and all the stress she caused us, not to mention the sellers. We requested a reimbursement of $455 for costs incurred as a result of her carelessness and after multiple emails, her supervisor offered us a $50 Wal Mart gift card - a slap in the face to say the least considering her actions caused our escrow to be canceled shortly before the scheduled closing date! Her supervisor mentioned that he would take this as a "coaching opportunity" but their lack of responsibility and accountability in this situation is a real concern and we felt we should warn other potential buyers about this loan officer and credit union.

The people here are amazing! They are so helpful. They are respectful and kind and always keep things private. They handle matters securely and treat me like family. They dont charge any fees to me and are always there to help with my financial questions. TLDR overall its a great entry level bank without fees for young teens to get started!

Best banking. Institution in this area people always try to assist you .they call you by name and are most courteous to you ALWAYS. .Being a credit union they are not for profit this is shared with the members. Your pay check or social security is in your account days before other.credit unions or banks . I've been a member for almost 40 years.; therefore I have first hand knowledge.

Great and always friendly service and àlways fast as they can. You will see if you visit I know. There is no stuck up people here for sure. Love going there

I share the same experience that many have had about mistakes in the past. ECU has a poor policy about working with customers to be future focused.

Worse bank in the area. You better watch these credit unions they rip you off on the back end but pretend to be your best friends.
