ECU customer service representative Heather is exactly the one person that stands out. She is very cheerful and courteous. ECU did excellent job as having her as an employee. There was paperwork (CLARK) hasn’t received from ECU concerning a payoff so I contacted Heather and she found what the glitch was and informed me that it was taken care of and resolved in minimal time. Great job ECU for an excellent hire of Heather

Sorry service! Loan Specialist was rude and disrespectful when we called to check on our loan, can’t remember her name, or I would call her out too. Just know she was there on Friday. Had no clue what she was doing either. Will never return to this branch ever again. You guys need to get your tellers together as well. Wouldn’t even give 1 star. Kingsport has way better tellers and amazing customer service.

Wouldn't even leave one star if it would let me...... I would make purchases with my card and it would show my balance after transactions in my pending amount for days then the money would just be released back into my available balance leaving me to think I had more money then i actually did which resulted in HUGE overdraft fees. (was even set up not to overdraft) The tellers don't seem like they want to help out much and it takes an arm and a leg to do anything with your account. I know you need security steps to verify you are you and no one gets your $ but this place is ridiculous. The last time they screwed up my balance and took almost $600 from me, I closed the account and went to Renasant....Have had no problems since!

God forbid any of the members here have a problem bad enough, where they get behind like I did. Not this branch entirely ,but ECU as a whole will take payments but not log them down, skim off the top of any saved earnings you may have (IRA in my case) ,and then resort to what I can only describe as member embezzlement. I was a member for over 15 yrs. Disappointed in you ECU!!!

I have been with this branch since 2012 and I have had no problems at all... jobesborough branch is the best one to go to. They have great and wonderful staff that's always been there when I have had a problem.... Wouldn't have asked for a better bank.

Love Eastman Credit Union,the staff there are very kind. I have a debit card with a phone app that allows you to turn the card off, or back on, you can even put a limit on how much you can spend at one time, now that is convenience. Thank you Eastman, for making my life a whole lot easier!!

Went to get a signature on an insurance paper that required a specific kind of signature from the bank. Waited more than 20 minutes without being called. Another person came in and waited less than a minute and was called back to see someone. Will not use this branch again!

I have been to all of the other branches of ECU and I can say that the Jonesborough branch has the most helpful tellers and they have some of the lowest interest rates on loans. They have been useful in helping me manage my credit as well. I would recommend ECU to anyone who wants a bank with fewer fees and good interest rates.

I have been using ECU for years now and have been happy with everything. I usually use the Jonesborough branch. I feel I have been treated great and fair.

I have dealt with Derek Hess on several occasions and have always felt that I am a valued customer. He goes above and beyond each time we have needed him. I highly recommend Derek & I highly recommend this branch!
