Eastman Credit Union Comfort Dr, Duffield

I bank with Powell valley because I live in Big Stone and I just can't stomach driving to duffield on a regular basis. I work two jobs. I'm posting this review because my son's dad has had nothing but good experiences from you and I have seen what customer service you offer. Is there any way you would consider opening a branch in Big Stone Gap? The New People's Bank branch just closed in town, so there is a building available here. If you came here, you would make a killing in the amount of customers you would have. Powell Valley is awesome to me,but they are a bank and not a credit union. They don't offer the same variety of services you do. I've seen what you've done for people that are rebuilding their credit, financing vehicles, and learning how to budget. You offer all of those services with a personal touch. You, actually, help people better their financial life. I heard about your bill pay accounts and business accounts, my son's dad has both. Please consider opening up a branch here. There are so many of us that are loyal to Powell Valley because they have been here forever building relationships with the town and care about their customers. Some of us need something else. There is nowhere else to go, now. Wells Fargo closed. There is a BB&T, I think A little healthy competition can make a big difference here. Please consider it.

Before coming to this bank in order to get a loan it felt like I had to beg Lee bank for a loan I had been with them 23 years. The interests never went down and they never reported to the three credit agencies just one that Leander s never used. I wasted a lot of years so don't do what I did go with Eastman credit union in Duffield where they treat you like you suppose to be treated. They don't put you through the ringers and have low interest not to mention the other benefits. I just want to thank them personally.

Was told we was approved for a mortgage loan, have been riding out about 3 weeks now and then get a call and said we weren't approved. After already being told we was. Hard to get through to talk to someone.

Best bank hands down . Always friendly . Their not like your regular bank

You cannot get through on the telephone to speak to a person. You have to leave a message and are told it will be returned. But it doesn't happen?
