This bank is incredible! Refinanced my car and ended up paying less than half the interest rate I was originally paying! Love the atmosphere! The people there are super sweet! Bethany and Erin are the absolute best! Very highly recommend!

This credit union has been so incredible and has made it very easy for younger people like me and my husband to get loans to be able to purchase our two cars. They have given advice on how to increase credit scores and limits and have always been so helpful with answering my questions. Definitely would recommend doing business with them!

Thank you for your feedback. Our card transactions are processed on a platform that processes for over 1900 financial institutions with nearly 7 billion unique transactions per year. We have a multi-layered approach to fighting fraud that is powered by data and analytics to help reduce the impact of fraud while still having 99.8% cardholder approval rates. The data analytics across all of these financial institutions and transactions helps our processer to recognize fraud trends before it happens to our own cardholders while also reducing false positive fraud transactions. However, there are high fraud trends across P2P payments (example cashapp) resulting in higher decline rates for those types of transactions. We prefer to err on the side of caution and protect our member’s funds creating lower fraud losses rather than have higher fraud rates and thereby passing those costs along to our members. We do strive to provide a good experience for our members and appreciate your feedback regarding your experience with our services.

I have banked here for many years now. Not once have I had an issue with them trying to force products on customers. Not only that, but refinancing loans is so easy and greatly cut our interest!! Almost done paying off our car!

I have had several accounts with EIFCU over the past couple of years, and I wanted to say how helpful and friendly the staff is. It is always good to know that I can count on good, quality service when I do any transactions, whether it be through the drive up or inside the branch.

This is the worst bank I've ever had experience with in credit lending. My girlfriend got her credit card INFORMATION stolen and the frauds maxed out her card and the bank told her it is her responsibility! You owe us $5,000! Totally against the federal trade commission guidelines. They and their fraud department told her that there is nothing they can do at all. The law states that it is not an individual's responsibility if their credit cards information is stolen, yet EIFCU is putting it on her back. I wouldnt recommend anyone do any business with Eastern Indiana Federal Credit Union. They take advantage of their customers. I had my CC's info stolen, shortly afterwards and my bank told me not to worry. We got you covered. Dont want to sound like a commercial, so I'll keep the bank to myself, but banks are obligated not to charge you for fraudulent charges. But EIFCU seems to think otherwise. This is just the beginning EIFCU. Things will be righted or else. You have literally taken advantage of your client as if nobody would know, but I do. I understand how you have wronged someone and how you have violated your obligations. Don't do business here or they could do the same to you.
