Never answers the phone.... Who wants to drive somewhere only for them to be closed or not there! The phones picks up and hangs up.

Excellent customer service. One of, if not the best pawn shop I have ever been to, and Jose was especially attentive and knowledgeable about everything in the store, as well as being polite and very upfront about all products on hand. They can even search out and find items that they do not have at the moment. Every step that could be taken to satisfy the customer is the norm at this splendid place of business.

I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Not only was the owner completely rude in general, but he talked down to me. He blatantly lied to my face about many things, including the fact that he said his former employee 'called' me to let me know my pawn was due. I never got a call. The same employee, Nick, sold our pawns in our ten day grace period without any notification. He yelled at me, and is the biggest jerk (that's being nice) I have ever come across. He refused to give me his name, and threatened to call the cops just because I wanted it. He eventually said his name was Joshua Sledge, I don't know if that's true or not. He will surely not last in the pawn business or any other customer service business as he has no people skills and has the personality of a rock. His business is shady to say the least. Enter at your own risk.

This business has recently started to use GunBroker to sell firearms and I won one for a penny (.01)! I was very excited as you can imagine. But then they refused to sell it to me and wanted to "cancel" the transaction. The GunBroker auction site is just like Ebay except for Firearms so the same principle's apply. By placing a bid you enter into a contract with the seller to complete the sale/transaction. If you "win" an auction you own it at the winning bid regardless of the amount! They claimed it was listed at that price by mistake.... Still changes nothing it's their mistake and not my fault! Then the employee who made the mistake "Jose" tried to guilt me by saying he would lose his job! When I tried to talk to them on the phone and point out the facts the OWNER flat out told me "he would NEVER sell a gun for a penny" and hung up on me! They also re-listed for sale on GunBroker what technically is my firearm! As with ANY business your reputation in the eyes of your customer is EVERYTHING! If the business makes a "mistake" then they are obligated to remedy the error with integrity and honor. As the customer you trust that this will happen and therefore you can be confident in your purchase. This simply is NOT the case with Eagles Landing Gold & Pawn. Zero integrity.... Zero honor. And the customer is of ZERO importance! Worst of all their reputation isn't even worth a PENNY!

Horrible service. Doesn’t greet when you walk in. Doesn’t greet you when he looks at you. Doesn’t talk to you at all. Looking at firearms he has a very poor selection. Couldn’t find any jewelry. Doesn’t tell you by until you say it to him. Lmao. Joke of a place.

My husband bought a gun through Gunbroker from these guys and he said that they were great to work with, especially Jose. He said he's a man of his word, and was a truly honest professional. It just doesn't get better than that. Keep up the great business!!! A+++

I cant say enough good things about this store. Every time I shop here I leave with a good experience. Recently I bought a galaxy tab 4 and, my wife loves this thing. It was the perfect gift for her birthday. I'll drive from an hour away just to deal with you guys because of your level of professionalism and knowledge. Thank you.

This is not a place to buy firearms or ammunition. The new firearms are way overpriced. It's as if they went to another shop and paid full price, then put their markup on them. You can definitely find better prices elsewhere.

Bought a Sig Sauer P2022 from them. Had a great experience. Went by todar and found out they are closing the store. Very sorry ro learn this, hate when.local businesses close. Good luck to owner.
