    The experience was so bad, that I equate it to thinking I am walking into a 5 star restaurant and finding out it was actually a tacobell/KFC with Mcdonald's employees 😳 I was not able to open my account online so I made an appointment a few days ago. I got an email this morning reminding me of my appointment. I got there 10 minutes early. Wait in line for a few minutes. When I get up to the teller I tell her I have an appointment and she immediately tell me that there will be a long wait and they only have 1 banker. I am like what about my appointment. She began to flutter her eyelids and change her tone. She began to further explain the situation. I Saif then it was pointless in making an appointment, she said no no. And then finally apologized for the issue and said she the banker was going to come over and talk to me. So the banker just said that they were busy and it would be a wait. I explained that I had an appointment and she then shrugged her shoulder and but her arms and hands in the air like whatever! I walked out. I don't allow people to disrespect me like that. I was shocked that she couldn't take a minute to use her words. Not time to listen how I felt as a potential customer having my appointment Not honored. I will not be using your services now or in the future. Shameful customer service.

    Worst drive through bank I ever used. Always a 30 minutes or more wait. Have 3 drive through available but always just 1 that's ever open. Need to change bank. Rating should be less than 1 star.

    They can't ever update anything but a piece of paper on the window if their gonna be closed for weeks at a time. Update the online info as well. And the ATM is always broken. Always .

    The past few times I've come by this location I've had a lot of anxiety in going in because I dont know what to expect. There are a few employees who are very very sweet and great at their job/customer service. There is one employee in particular, i think the manager at this location, who passes judgement each time I come in for a withdrawal and it is not her place to do so. Shes sighed at me, grunted, rolled her eyes, suggested other things to me when I didnt ask for her help, and I'm honestly tired of it. I've seen her be rude to her other employees who are all very hard working individuals as well. The wait times at this bank are also a bit much. Waiting 20+ minutes for someone to pay attention to you almost every time you come in is wild. However, when I do get the help I need from the wonderful employees that are not the manager, life is good. I feel tended to, cared for, and not judged. That's the kind of experience I'd want at a bank that I choose to put my money in.

    It's absolutely insane to spend 30 minutes in the drive thru with only 2 cars in front. They have zero interest in customer service.

    This Suntrust is as slow as the one on Jonesboro Rd in McDonough. It’s like the tellers are taking naps. The inside of the bank is not open. There are two drive through lines open and each car is waiting 20 minutes to be served. That makes no sense. That’s pitiful

    I wish I could give them no stars. Lobby is locked the drive through has 2 cars. My work truck is to big to go through the drive through so I'm told to stand like a nobody in line with cars and they will be a while. They dont care about us customers. I've never been treated this badly for just trying to deposit a check. I will be looking for a new bank.

    I went to the SunTrust bank, on a Thursday morning and ended up waiting over 35 min to be seen. There were three customers, including myself. One of the employees, Brittany Du, was able to assist us. As we discussed our business, she made a crude noise over the amount my fiance needed to withdrawal. She gave my fiance so much grief, eye glares, and judgments on how to handle her money. Your job is to assist and offer advised IF asked for help. The way that Ms. Du conducted herself in front of an established woman was uncalled for. She was cold, and again, very rude on how she handled business. This is not the first time this employee has caused Ms. Young stress and anxiety when she has come into the office. This encounter was over a simple withdrawal; your job is to be great at customer service, be welcoming, as well as aware of the needs of the person sitting in your office. I highly recommend you take additional training on customer service excellence because none existed inside of your office.

    I have never gone to another SunTrust branch and had to literally sit in line for 45 minutes or more. Today, not one car has moved from the three lines in which we sit. This is my last time banking at this branch. I've said it before but I honestly mean it this time. Ridiculous!!!!!

    It takes 45 minutes to get someone to help you at this bank The inside is closed they only have 2 lanes opened up outside It's like this every day
