Wonderful services. Always above and beyond. They were even kind enough to send a card when a family member passed and a congrats card when they found out I was having a baby. Walton Eagle Finance staff are the most amazing group of people ever! The hospitality is unreal it is such a pleasant atmosphere at Eagle in Walton KY ! The staff are all very professional and pleasant from start to finish. And are always willing to answer ANY questions that you have and they make sure that you fully understand everything. The facility is very clean! And did I mention the staff is very Welcoming/friendly! The make sure to communicate during the entire process of filling out paperwork and they even follow up afterwards and give payment reminders which I ABSOLUTELY love! I highly recommend this place when ever short on Cash I am confident they will will be there to help with open arms and a smile!

When you walk in the door the place is so clean, and they help you as soon as they see you! Offered us drinks right away that came with an awesome camo coozie. They let us have our privacy while filing out the paperwork and were so friendly and professional and courteous! They really care about each individual customer. My bf has been with them for years and when he was sick recently, they called and checked on him religiously, were willing to help him find ways to take care of his payment so he didn’t fall behind and even sent him a gift card for food because he had been out of work. I’ve never seen a place be so personable. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone!!
