Eagle Federal is the BEST! I have done business with them for almost 10 years & they have never disappointed me. My Dad & husband also do business here. Kristen is a wonderful loan officer!

I went to the drive-thru. I put my banking in the cylinder and sent to the teller. She completed my transaction and sent it back to me. She never said one word----I'll be with you, can I help you with something else, thank you for your business. Nothing! There was only one other car there. Your tellers used to be very courteous.

If open only a hour later, I'd be able to use this bank instead of always using a different coop bank, (who is open almost two hours later.) So considering I have to always go somewhere else, I'll make that change permenent. Thank you for a place to never get my money taken care of.

Always pleasant to me. Have my home loan, credit card, checking and savings with them and always happy with their rates and service.

I hate the fact that they close at 4:30 when i get off at 5:00 and can never do what i need to do.

Great rates, customers can develop and maintain an ongoing positive working relationship with a front lobby account officer, and although different format their online account access is easy. I've never had a single problem getting any questions answered promptly regarding both personal and business accounts, and I've recommended a number of friends and business associates to this c.u. and no negative experiences have come back on me.

I don't recommend doing business with this company. They charge exorbitant service fees for making payments and they make it very difficult to pay off your loan. They also botched our insurance information and charged us 1000 for temporary insurance even though we had full coverage the entire time. AVOID.

I have had an account with this place for almost 20 years. They have been outpaced in tech by EVERYONE. Their app is always broken, their website always has issues and it is no surprise when the automated phone service is down for one reason or another.

This bank is the hardest to work with.
