E Smart Auto was one of the many dealerships I visited in my search for a used vehicle over the past few weeks. Although I didn't wind up purchasing a car with them, I would recommend them based on their customer service alone! They were incredibly easy to get in contact with to set up an appointment/answer questions/schedule a test drive. I also love how they didn't bombard me after my visit like other dealerships had in the past. It felt when I was there that they wanted to respect their customers like family, and the reviews prove that. Thank you Chris, for adding a pleasurable experience to my otherwise stressful (as I'm sure it is for many)car buying journey. :)

We just bought a 2002 GTI from Matt at E Smart Auto. He was extremely helpful and honest, taking the car for an inspection which checked out. Even though other buyers offered him more for the car than we did, he honored our offer and sold us the car. So far, so good. I'd definitely do business with these guys again.

We couldnt find a good car in Richmond, so we started driving up north, E Smart was our third stop, and we were glad we found this place. Chris was super helpful, didnt pressure us at anytime. I bought a 2008 Ford F150 with 108,000 miles from here back in the beginning of July and wanted to wait a few months before I put a review. This is a small used car dealership that I believe really care about the vehicles they put out to sell for their customers. I dealt with Chris and his Wife as they were very professional and honest. They were honest with me for the Tire Pressure monitor being bad. They were not pushy at all with selling the vehicle to me. It took a little longer for the tags to come in but they were very good at updating me about it. I would come back here to buy a vehicle from them

I drove 2.5 hrs away just to get my 2001 Honda Accord EXL. Car is in great shape and runs well. Great price and friendly owner. Chris was kind enough to give me a ride after the purchase to Budget Rental so that I can drop off my rental vehicle. Highly Recommended!!!

Drove from Richmond to purchase a 2010 Nissan Armada. Chris was just awesome. He worked with me to get all of the paperwork done on the front end so all I had to do was jump in the car, make the 45min drive to Spotsylvania to pick up the vehicle. Very helpful and easy to work with! Financing was super easy too which was very nice. Plus I didn't have to wait very long. It is much better to use a smaller dealer than a big place, last time I bought a car from a toyota dealer and I had to wait 3 hours for everything to go through! But here I worked with Chris for an hour and it was smooth.

Okay so it all started when we got in a car accident with our previous vehicle. I started looking online for a car that we could own and get fast because we needed a second vehicle anyway. I found E Smart and I first contacted them asking a lot of questions. Chris proceeded to answer all of my questions and then we went yup there (2hr drive) to look at the Acura. Once we got there Chris was very nice and welcoming and let me drive it with out hesitation. We left to go back home because we didn’t not bring anything with us to proceed to buy the car. Once we got home me and my husband talked it over. This was the very first place we have been where they don’t try to bribe you or force you to buy the car. After reading reviews we decided to go back the next day to get it. Once we got there Chris was ready and welcomed us again. The paper work all in all only took 30 minutes Mabye not even that. He told us some back ground on the vehicle and printed the car fax for us. Over all this was the most AMAZING EXPERIENCE WE HAD YET! BTW the car runs like new. We’ve have had it since Sunday and my husband won’t get out of it!! Thank you Chris for being so kind and honest and for selling us a reliable and nice vehicle. We appreciate you and all you do!!!!! I bought a car from here 2 months ago and just wanted to see before leaving a review. Car is running very well no problem with my car at all. I will say Chris was excellent with service. Anytime I have questions he has answer for me. Very honest from the start till end. If your looking for a Really great used car or truck check it out wont be disappointed!! Thank you Chris!! I recently bought a car from here even though It is over 3 hours away! I found it online and called and spoke with the owner multiple times regarding the cars. I settled on an older Toyota Camry, and it was just as he described. The owner was very personable. The the process was straightforward and took less than an hour from start to finish. The lot is not large, about 30 cars. But, each car has the full Carfax report available online for free. Also, the owner has driven each car for at least a week and makes sure any repairs are made before it is put on the lot to be sold. The prices are the best I have seen anywhere in Virginia, and just about anywhere else. If you are in the market for a used vehicle, I highly recommend you to check E Smart Auto Group.
