This is the second refinance we have done with Daryl and each time he has made us feel like family. Very patient with me and all the questions we had. He always made the time as if we were his only client although we knew he was super busy.

I found myself in a bind with another lender charging me an obscene rate and fees. I was 9 days away from closing on my home and everyone said I could not pull off changing lenders, getting approved, get through underwriting and CD, and have appraisal scheduled and documentation completed before my closing date. I put all my trust in Dave to make it happen. He pulled everything I listed off in under THREE days. I closed with him and saved thousands in closing fees, and he got me a .75 lower interest rate than the previous lender. I even closed on my new home early! I would recommend him to everyone I know and will use him for all my future lending needs.

I dealt with Chris Blasing and Duke Gallo. They were great from start to finish. Especially Chris, he was very attentive and answered all my questions. The only issue I had was the funding department took a little while to answer some questions I had, but they still answered within 48 hours, so it wasn't a big deal.

Our experience with E Mortgage Capital has been terrible. We spelled out ALL the details of our financial situation and was promised that there won't be any problems whatsoever with our loan. The loan officer said he will "make it happen." Then just as we were getting ready to close, we were rejected. Wasted 2 months of time and energy. Paid almost a thousand for appraisal. Worst of all, now the interest rate is up and we missed our time to refinance at a lower rate with a different institution.

Kurtis Kooiman was awesome! Our refinance was complicated but we were kept updated throughout the process and despite some underwriting challenges, everything closed just as anticipated. I received a phone call from Christina with an opportunity that to be honest, sounded too good to be true. I had a first, second, and 2 silent loans. She told me I could potentially get a single loan that would pay all of the above off and I would have just 1 payment. I thought... sure... like that'll happen. At this time I had already tried to refinance a few times, went through the process just to be told oh sorry we didn't realize this or that. Christina worked with Fred and got my loan approved. Not only that, bit she also added 3 other creditors into the loan. I now have 1 payment that is about $200 more a month, however I am saving about $700 a month in other payments and best of all, I no longer have PMI or the silent loans that prevented refinancing in the past. I absolutely had a great experience. The whole process was quick and painless!

Michael Seradasky and his team at E Mortgage Capital went "ABOVE & BEYOND" in every aspect of my loan process! Anyone finding themselves falling between the cracks as far as finding a loan should CALL this guy! I'm self employed and wanted to pull 100K from my rental property! Mike got me approved from bank #1 and locked loan. 10 days into my lock - rates go up 2 points and bank #1 unlocks my loan. Furious with bank #1's illegal actions he contacted one of his many connections in the banking industry and found me another bank that would honor bank #1's rates. Took some time but all along he promised me he would get this loan done. True to his word- he got this difficult loan done and I have check in hand. I wasn't surprised to see E Mortgage Capital so highly rated.. I mean, wow. This has been the easiest experience dealing with a lender we have ever had. We worked with Ron Hassmann & Laura Rosen. Their communication and timely responses exceeded my expectations. We would call or email and get a response back in hours, if not minutes. We've dealt with different lenders for purchases and refinancing over the years and we are extremely happy with how we were treated; from the rates to the advice and final signing day. The paperwork and digital signature process made it very easy and was very clear to understand. They provided a loan estimate up front and didn't have any hidden fees come closing day. Very incompetent staff at all levels of the process. Was unable to complete the most basic steps of the refinancing process. Poor customer service and very poor customer response. This company is a would not recommend for any financial services. After being contacted by Ramsey Totah explaining he was sorry for the poor performance of the company and shortcomings of Ameer Katifi, that they would take care of the home appraisals they let expire. Ramsey stated I would have a home appraisals in a couple of days. I have reached out for weeks to find out the results of the new appraisals but no one has returned my call. This outfit dropped the ball and I will be complaining to the BBB and as many agencies as I can for their lack of competency and professionalism. Do not do business with these people. !!!!Update!!!!!! 05/23/2022 - Months later and still not word from Ameer Katifi or his outfit. I strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere and do not risk your financial future with this outfit.

Everything was good up to the point of getting our appraisal. after investing this money everything just seem to fall apart. we had constant issues with paperwork not being correct, closing date moved multiple times, documents not right at closing, no response to calls or emails, and never once heard from Ameer to discuss the issues with our loan process. by fare some of the worst customer service I have experienced. Update: Talked to Ameer and we discussed the issues we had with our loan processing. I was good to hear from E mortgage on this as they acknowledged this experience we had and tried to make it better.

I went through four mortgage companies, all major ones and each one was in dissaray. They throw you a front guy who knows nothing and then respond later wtih bogus answers. As an IT guy I wanted to keep my documents secure with a password to protect myself against a possible hack on their system, all said we could and all but E Mortgage came back with some excuse and some even went as far as saying you can't find anyone that can keep them documents password protected. All my adobe files stayed password protected with E Mortgage and the process was super pleasant and I was very much pleased to deal with pleasant people with great tools to get my documents. I got the lowest rate too and very happy. Justin Oaks was my agent and I highly recommend him. I don't often write reviews, but these guys are worth the time and deserve the recommendation.

This company hires employees from Mexico to make their calls and then they do not pay them! I literally worked for 2 weeks received no payment what so ever and when I asked about my paycheck they blocked me so I was unable to contact them ! There are many many employees they have done this to and in Mexico we make very little and our families depend on us ! Because if this company not paying me for 2 weeks I am unable to feed my children !

It brings me great pleasure to highly recommend E. Mortgage Capital for any new mortgage, refinance, or cash out. I received a phone call one day loan specialist Chrun, who was very pleasant to talk with. I had explained to Mr. Chrun that I was already consulting with a lender who had provided me with an interest rate and we were prepared to move forward with the loan. I also advised Mr. Chrun that I didn't want to waste my time or his time since I have heard from previous potential lenders what they were willing to do but could not produce. Mr. Chrun then said to me, if you meet the VA requirements, I can assure you that we can match or come very close to your current interest rate and would be able to close your loan within 14 days. I was like, yeah right....during this time I asked God what should I do? I was led to proceed in working with Mr. Chrun and loan specialist Ms. Karen Alexander. These guys were amazing! They continued to communicate with me daily, providing me with meaningful updates regarding my loan. We had a very good experience with E Mortgage Capital -- extremely knowledgeable and responsive staff, and very good customer service (I haven't written that sentence in a while...). My partner and I were rather demanding customers, asking for many changes to different contracts, requesting a switch in mortgage provider, looking really closely at the fine print, and requesting lots of information and reconfirmation, some of which wasn't even the real responsibility of the broker. But throughout, Nina and Madison were polite, responsive (they often responded within minutes of our questions by email or phone, sometimes even on the weekends), and knowledgeable. They made sure we were happy with the whole package, acted as intermediaries with the title company and notaries when we found discrepancies, and gave us the comfort that we were in good hands. We'd use them again and recommend them highly.

Over six weeks after submitting a loan application and multiple calls trying to find out why I have not received any documents I have just been informed that my rate wasn't locked contrary to what I had been led to believe. Now I know why the loan officer never answered my calls. Rates are much higher now so a refinance is pointless. This company is amazing. Sherif Iskander did such an amazing job with my loan. I built a house so the process was long. But when it came to the end, literally everything was done. I recently learned the process of a cash out refinance on a rental property I have owned for several years so I started searching for a lender.
