Chase Bank N Main St, Santa Ana

This chase bank is the best they were able to release a hold on a deposit from a check that a previous chase said was impossible to remove they won't above and beyond the call to make sure we had the money we needed thanks to them we have a roof over are heads and not worrying about how we can survive shout out to Cecilia And the manger as they did the impossible and made us believe in the good in people thank you

ATM stole 400 dollars cash I deposited. This happened 5/6/21 at 1:58pm. The money is not in my account nor did it give me a receipt. I called the number on the screen and now I have a claim waiting to be processed by them.

Stopped by to use the ATM and noticed what appeared to be a long line. Jumped in line and was very much surprised there was a gentleman outside directing customers to available ATMs. I then overheard him ask one of the other employees to bring out bottled water. He then started passing out bottles to the people that were waiting in line. Very thoughtful gentleman and great experience. I didn't get a name but I just wanted him to know that that simple gesture of kindness was very much appreciated.

Chase Bank gives you that old fashioned customer service the banks of today just don't give you. It's so nice to walk in and I remember your name. They have quick and courteous service in a clean and beautiful atmosphere. Thank you for taking the time to make me feel special. I will do all my business with only Chase.

This is the WORST BANK to go to if you need to see a teller. The line is always long and the service is the slowest I've ever experienced. All of the teller windows they have and bankers standing around but yet they only have a couple tellers available. I absolutely despise coming here but unfortunately it is the only bank in the area. Something needs to be done about this!!!

Very clean and plenty of space to park. Great customer service. I went during lunch and staff was friendly they accidentally gave me $20 extra without taking them from my account so i called the teller and she was very thankful, she was able to take money from my account.

they make me the appointment and when I m be there they told that nobody can help me because they are on lunch. Is ridiculous

It's ok. I came for a chat with a fin advisor but I need to have 50 to 60k to talk to them. Somebody talked to me and gave me some advise tho.

I had an exceptionally good experiencing at this Chase branch. The private banker, Mynor, and his branch manager, Sal, were very kind, supportive and efficient in trying to help me resolve an issue. They were very professional and I will try not to compare all my other chase bank interactions to this one because they set the bar very high.

Geoffrey was very helpful to my husband and I. We told him the reason we needed a cashier check and he used that information to further assist us by providing us with additional options and services. Really good customer service! Thank you.
