We were not told until the last moments that we were responsible for the $800 hit for mobile notary. We could have easily saved this amount. UPDATE: After discussing the situation with the managing partner I was reassured that the oversight was a mistake and not in character with the normal way they conduct closings. A reimbursement check covering the notary expenses is being sent out. I applaud the professional way this was handled and will gladly do business with them in the future.

By far the best experience we have had with purchasing a property. Sultana and her team did such a phenomenal job at helping us close on our new home. They were so responsive and educated with questions that my wife and I had in regards to real estate and pre construction. If for whatever reason they came across a obstacle it was figured out quickly and we would receive a phone or email right away.
